Spacious place with plenty of gym equipments, big pool and rooms for classes. Parking lot is very big, personal trainers are available if you need. Vending machines with all sorts of things, even towels.

    1. Changing room: very old showers system, no pressures in the most, water temperature changing with out my help from hot to cold, need update.
    2. Swimming section: steam room is fine, Jacuzzi recently cleaned, customers swim with no swimming hats. Very dirty tiles all around, lime scale everywhere and partly broken.
    3. Gym: cross trainers are very old: most of them noisy and most functions are not working. A lot of customers have no sweat towels. A lot of rust on the machines.
Nearly all equipment is really out of date.

Great gym, has most equipment you need for a full body exercise varying from dumbbells, bars, squat racks, smith machine, leg press, cables, pull downs etc. Etc., my experience on going here, I wish there were more machines to work out lower chest but you can just use your ingenuity and use an adjustable bench and a smith machine anywaybut some other gyms have the machine to isolate lower chest which I like and which this gym lacksbut its only me being picky its up to you, the gym practically has everything anyway that you needit even has a decent swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room, they used to have a sauna but its been taken out. The locker room is great, just don't forget to bring a lock..they do sell locks at the vending machines but its expensive 4€you can buy one outside for 1€ so don't forget yours..plenty of showers as well in the shower rooms.most of allhaven't experienced any discrimination, just friendly people willing to help you if you're lost or don't know what you're doingtry it have a look around if its your type of gym greatif not oh well.. You can have a look around for free or train for a day for 15€ all access grantedjust DON'T FORGET TO BRING A LOCK for the lockers OR ELSE 4€ FOR A LOCK yack eeuuw.

It can get a little crowded at peak times but overall its a great place to break a sweat! Free classes are really good but you have to get there early. Changing rooms are really clean for the high volume of people that pass through.

The gym is really good, except for the customer service. Very rude and did not let my friend to go in because he forgot his card. This is the first time it ever happened, very small thing that happens to everyone im sure. We came in as a group, and just because he forgot his id, the 3 of us had to leave. She mentioned we should have got emails about forgetting id's, but non of us recieved any emails. She did not even say sorry about the whole thing. Disgrace.

Recently entire downstairs lobby was converted into free weights area, on the downside - sauna is gone.
Machines are dated but good, all areas are covered except for back, so for back you are mostly free weights. Excellent selection of cardio equipment, plus air conditioning and swimming pool. Great changing area, bring your own lock.
Overall good value for money if you are buying a year membership.
I would give 5 stars if there was a proper T bar, superman or any other back machine.
