I pre booked an aromatic car online. On arrival in Shannon, I went to the Avis desk and had my keys within 5 minutes. Excellent, speedy service. A 5 minute wait for the bus, lovely driver who showed us to our car.
On our return, the lovely gentleman had our car checked in and us delivered to the terminal within minutes.
Great service Avis, and fabulous staff!

My experience was really good till I noticed on my credit card that I was charged twice. The day I reserved the car I was charged about $150 and then another $82 when I turned it in???

Great car. Easy to pick up and the drop off at DUB was quick and efficient. The young man who checked us out was friendly and professional. I recommend Avis for Ireland car rental.

Arrived at Shannon with my young family to find a E2200 excess to pay in advance before being able to pick up my hire car. Disgusting. Really stressful start to our holiday. Won't be hiring a car here again.

Rented from Shannon Airport, very easy check in, car was ready, and even better service returning the car. Typical Irish charm . Would recommend and would definately rent from them again next year.

very uncompetent person on desk - charged wrong amount on credit card for deposit - gave us a wrong key for another car - no info where to pick up car - it took us more than 1 hour to get the car - dissapointing. i dont reccoment this service - i will not rent a car from avis anymore

Quite a mess. Wrong information about where to get our car; finally there, we got the wrong keys, 1500 charge to credit card, all in all it took us 2 hours.
