Cozy. Dark. Low ceilings. Good atmosphere. Great place.
Went to watch a European Cup Munster match today. We were told to go out to the back room of the establishment as there were '2' guys watching an English championship soccer match in the front of house as they sat next to the fire. The larger group of paying customers were left out in the back in the freezing conditions.
Very poor treatment of regular visitors to Dingle and to Droichead Beag for sporting events. We will definitely not be returning.
The best place in the world. Big shout out to all the staff and the DJ. Hoooliiodayyyyy
Kind of grungy. Great traditional irish pub with all the atmosphere. Decent prices on beer (i think it was €8.40 for 2 Guinness). Needs a thorough cleaning but otherwise great.
Live music wasnt the best but maybe just that night. Big place, drinks reasonable
YES! This is what a traditional Irish pub is all about! Low ceilings, dark, a warm fire going, Guinness on tap and live music! We loved our post-dinner drinks and entertainment at this pub. Lots of American tourists. Very old pub, super cozy. Come early for good seating. We were there on a weeknight, so I imagine on weekends it probably gets pretty busy.
Great pub in the centre of Dublin. Usually busy
Traditional music every night :) can get pretty mental in the upstairs bar on busy nights.
Good trad music but the staff weren't great. Served a guy an Irish coffee with no cream on top because they were out of it. That's not an Irish coffee.
