I have been waiting for nearly 2 months for a refund on a policy, every time I ring them, they fob me off for another 10 days for a bank transfer to come through, yet every time they have taken my details and ensured me it will be back in. The last man I was on the phone to promised me it would be back in my account within 5 days, but just off the phone to them now and they are saying that the refund was only processed on July 6th, when the policy was cancelled at the end of May. Not impressed at all.
