Don’t think a lot of the customer focus,closing at 5pm on a Bank Holiday Saturday.Went to the door it was locked,someone was inside and didn’t acknowledge me.The opening hours aren’t stated -it just has am to pm with no times filled in.When I got into my car the barber went to the door to let a customer out and locked it immediately in case any more customers might try to get in and I’m sure I was seen.Got a good haircut there once before but wouldn’t go back now.The opening hours should be stated and really, locking the door on a Saturday evening in a busy town at a time when some people are just leaving work and bus loads of lads just landing for stag parties etc?
