  Went to shop for help with internet issue and found the staff completely rude and unhelpful.felt i had inconvienced them by making inquiry.3 has no problems taking my money each month though no inconvenience there

  Bought a phone and its damaged when i got it and because i dont live in sligo i csnt go any time but when i do go in no manager in store and no staff could help replace it. Also the sim given to me wont allow 4G. Wasted trip and will be requesting a refund

  I've called the shop at 10am quite frequently in the week and noone seems to be there so they are either late for work or just deaf and if so they should be working somewhere else
