Good place to shop for many houses ,schools ,office etc need , the price quite cheap here just have to make their member card first only 20k idr , you can get extra discont than . . The parking is free too for car or motor cycle . They have 3 shop open at west side of surabaya and 2 east side of surabaya (dharmahusada and mer ) when you need something up there as i mention check the store ok

This place is packed with stuff and people. It's not east to find what you're looking for but you can always ask. The price is not always the cheapest, but if you don't want to shop online or only want to go to one place that sells everything this place is for you. For the owner please pay attention at the cashier area since waiting line is not well-ordered.

Meskipun tidak selengkap yang di MERR, namun sudah cukup mewakili jika ingin beli stationary alias alat tulis dan sekolah.
Hampir semua barang dijual di sini, mulai dari minuman, alat tulis kantor, buku tulis, matras yoga, semblock, sampai baju bayi dan koran pun dijual.
Sayangnya antrinya lama di kasir Entah kenapa kok lama banget, jadi jika beli sedikit bakal Bikin malas deh kalo ke sini.

I really love to buy my needs in this store. Its really cheap. And we can get a discount here if we become the member. Really2 cheap price than other store. But not so complete though. And also the parking area not so big. Services from the crew not so bad. The place is to small for walk when its crowded time. But it doesn't matter because we come here for the cheaper prices.

Not so nice. The books are not complete. Also they have the books covered with plastics so we can not look inside the book. They only have 1 cashier so there will be a long line when we are about to pay. Also, the casher does not show the amount of prices of the item which we are buying. The system is out of date, need to be renewal with the latest version. The aircond is hot. It is not comfortable to shop in this place. Service is poor. The shopkeepers are not friendly to the customers, and they are lack of knowledge about the products they are selling. The boss of this place must pay more attention to the business otherwise he will be out of business for the reasons I mentioned above.

Not just an ordinary bookstore. They also sell tons of stuffs, from blanket to car's liquid cleaner 😂. They offer a membership that allow us to get stuffs with discounted price. you should consider to get the membership, since it can help you to save alot.

Ini toko serba ada. Promo2 nya banyak.
Senang sekali setiap berkunjung. Karena item2 yg d tawarkan sangat beragam dan menarik. Bisa kalap belanja 😁😁
Petugasnya juga ramah dan siap membantu.
Hanya tatanan di toko kurang nyaman bila toko sedang ramai pengunjung karena lorong2 yg sempit.
Antrian kasir juga lumayan ramai, walaupun kasir nya sudah cukup banyak dan bekerja cepat.
Lahan parkir yg tersedia agak terbatas. Saran saya lebih baik hindari jam2 ramai bila berkunjung.

Cocok utk yg mencari alat2 kebutuhan sekolah, buku, kado (ad jasa bungkuskan kado juga, free) mainan anak, souvenir utk ultah anak.

Setiap beberapa bulan ada kartu diskon baru yg harus d beli seharga 10-20ribu berlaku 2-4 bulan.

so this book store is more recognised as a office and school supplies. moved their brand as a everything supplies and they really completed at it. I mean completed not a good or cheap. price buta still affordable.
they have parking space that enough for some bike and car, but shop is not large enough to handle many customers.
transactions in cashier isn't fast enough too, luckily they open all cashiers when neededy
