  I came here to make a warranty claim since my macbook air screen has been severely glitching to a black and purple screen for no apparent reason (not from breaking or any human error). The queue was very well handled even though there was only one staff behind the service counter. I was told that it was a hardware malfunction and the service was completely free because my macbook is still under warranty. They said that it will take them at least 3 weeks - 3 months to get my screen replaced with the new one. It turned out, it only took 1 week for my macbook to be repaired, which I'm very happy about. The service is very satisfying, fast and also professional. The staffs are also really nice and helpful. Another nice thing is that you can actually track your service status through iBox website.

  Very disappointing. They gave me a ‘tracking code’ to basically check my service status on the web, and I thought it was pretty cool and convincing. It took 2 days to inspect my Macbook, which was reasonable, but the status has been “on the line for price quotes. Will call/email soon”, and it’s been already 6 days since with no call or email. I texted them 3 times, the only thing they said just “will be emailing you soon for the price quote”.

  Great service if you buy an Apple Product there. But SUPER SLOW SERVICE if you come for repair, my iPad Pro took 50 days to repair & replace.

  (bagian service) kalau buru-buru jangan service disini. Tidak punya pengertian sama sekali akan waktu pelanggan. customer service buruk, tidak ramah. Registrasi sendiri tanpa ucapan selamat datang sedikitpun. Tidak menginfokan antrian nomor berapa. Tidak ada pencetakan nomor antrian apapun. Saya menunggu setengah jam tanpa info apa apa ternyata masih 5 orang lagi. Padahal sebelumnya saya sudah bertanya dua kali tetapi hanya mendapat jawaban yang sama: "nanti tunggu dipanggil saja"
