Most staff are not professionally handling events & guests. Bad services from every staff that i met, the receptionist, banquet, cleaning service, and especially the marketing staff (Ms. Vina) she didn't show up during my event at the hotel.

Taste of the food really best.. they serve local food with a lot of varians.. the room facility good We can sleep well in here.. will stay here again if we come to palembang.. nice hotel..

Overall is just fine. But little and simple service is ruin it all.
First, complementary water is not provided the second day I stayed in room, I'm so mad but I didn't ask for, while convenience store is quite far in waking distance. So I cooked tap water.
And second, as I stayed for attending event which served dinner with entertainment, I didn't find coffee/tea served. When I asked, they said it shall be charged. How could we enjoy entertainment after dinner without coffee/tea. (I didn't ask for snack, which I believed more extra charge will applied).
and finally, during event I attended, (once again) mineral drinking water only served for attendees on table, but reserve water is not available nearby. Some attendees didn't have water in their hand, or what if attendees need more water? So I asked Committee to request it. It took 15-20 minutes until it served. Committee said its hard to talked to any representative and hard to find person in charge.
Maybe this property had some issue with their bottle drinking water, as three of my issue related to it. I hope I was wrong.
This property should review their simple service prior to the Asian Games 2018. I hope they resolve this issue immediately.

Kamar cukup luas, pelayanan ramah, karena baru 2 tahun berdiri laundry msh outsourching jd, masih ada misscomm antara house keeping dan laundry/room service, kudu inform klo punya laundry. Breakfast oke tp jumlah waitress msh sedikit shg tdk bs melayani cepat. Mobil keluar dr lobby kudu menikung tajam karena ada parkir di depan. Mall di sebelah belum buka msh dibangun. Ada Alfamart dekat jalan arah kiri dr hotel. Tapi oke lah. Saya senang tinggal di sini.
