If you have no plan to stay longer in Hotel, it would be perfect for you since it's a very strategic location. But I would not recommend for you who has high clean standard. The service was good, all staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was okay.

A hotel with a nice vibe. Nice swimming pool and garden. It's good for selfie addict. Unfortunately not so many options for the breakfast menu and the taste was quite plain.

We always stay at the Fave Umalas when in Bali - its just outside the buys area of Seminyak (1 minute away) and so peaceful overlooking Rice Fields. You can even see Mt Agung and the other Mountains most mornings if you have a Pool Side room. Great rates, great staff and so close to everything you could want

This hotel is in a good location but if your room faces the street then you're in for a noisy stay. The restaurant, pool and garden area are all nice, just a bit busy with tour groups and large families for my enjoyment. Also, the menu isn't inspiring but the drinks and coffee are acceptable. The rooms and public areas have seen better days and suffer from the usual problem in this region, lack of maintenance. To be fair, at this price point - depending on what type of room you book - you are getting anything from a bargain to average standard for the cost. Not recommended for singles or couples. For groups of friends, tour groups, families with children and those who like or don't mind being around them, then you'll be just fine.

Nice small boutique hotel. Rooms are a bit small. As it's in the sub urban area, the beach is 20 minutes walk from the hotel. Nothing too fancy or luxurious here. This hotel is you got more than what you pay. Their staff members are very good and supportive. There is a paddy field on the back. Which also looks nice and green from the balcony. Overall had a nice time here.

I love Favehotel Umalas. The location is just PERFECT! Convinience store in front of hotel, good restaurants near premises (NOOK, sardines, monsieur spoon, etc), large parking area, beautiful rice field view and THE PRICE IS JUST RIGHT (very cheap, include breakfast)! They have regular promo at the right season. And not to mention, all staffs are most friendly and helpful. For me, this is the best budget hotel in Bali.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff was always lovely and wonderful. On my birthday, I returned to my room that night and found that the staff had left a birthday cake with a lovely birthday card. I cried with joy!

I must admit that the amount that I paid for the room was fairly cheap. For this particular reason I give it 3-stars (was about to give it 2 stars).
The first time we arrived bathroom was a bit dirty, the exhaust fan was broken, and the phone was dead. A technician then came to replace the exhaust fan and the phone at around 12 o 'clock at night.
The next evening the hot water wasn't working and it continues to the day after.
The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect.

Fave hotel umalas was beyond my expectations. I used to stay at fave hotel with bad view like in jakarta. Maybe because it was a hotel for like night or two stay or transit hotel. But in Umalas i found the view was swimming pool and paddy fields which is great. I think most people who stay here feel the same cause the swimming pool always have people even in midnight. So yeah great place to chill too. And they offer the best price for your pocket. The services was great too. Got my room cleaned everyday and really can trust the people too. Overall very satisfied to stay here

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in.

My partner and I stayed here for seven nights before exploring Loving. We were both extremely impressed with our experience. The staff here bend over backwards and are very accommodating. The room was adequate with a comfortable bed. The food here was well above average , although not a huge selection. The outdoor entertaining area was massive with a decent pool.
Highly recommended.

Our hotel was great, staff receptions very polite and friendly. The food in the restaurant is good but not much have a varians. Drain in the bathroom bit blocked and wifi slow in the room but outside the room very fast and goood connection. Just need staff in the restaurant more friendly to the guest. Domestic or Tourist was same. The best just about the swimming pool, big size,quite and clean water.

If you must have this location, go to Swiss Hotel across the Jalan (street).

I will firstly praise their staff service. They respond quickly and attentive. Room is cramped but that's just the thing with budget hotels. Shower area: ugliest towel I have ever seen in a budget hotel chain! It's ragged, greyish, coarse. It looks more like an old foot mat than a towel. Stop using white if you can't maintain the colour. It looks digusting and feels disgusting.

Loved the Fave.Room not very large but comfortable enough.Could use some new towels.Pool was awesome as was outside area and staff were friendly and extremely helpful.Girl who did massages in hotel was amazingAlso great breakfasts and dinners.Great value for money.Would definitely stay again.
