The food from a la carte menu in the restaurant is nice. However, it took quite some time for the food to be served.
Towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, sanitary bag, 3-in-1 shampoo-conditioner-soap, handsoap, and complimentary mineral water are provided in the room. However, shower cap, hair dryer, facial tissues, comb, and sewing kit are considered as extra items and will be charged when we request for it.response / report this review -

Room quite comfy, room smells not fresh either smoking and non-smoking room. Having doubts about the cleanliness for bed cover and pillows. Food for breakfast does not have lots of choice but taste good. Main lobby a bit too hot

Amazing when my 1st stay here.
17apr saya kembali, tp mendapatkan sambutan yg kurang menyenangkan. Late check in, krn pesawat delay. Staff menyatakan pesanan saya tdk available, dan diganti dg tipe yg berbeda. Staff yg lainnya mengatakan bahwa kamar sudah full sejak 16apr.
Bagaimana bisa? Saya booking di bulan maret, dan sudah membayar nya menggunakan layanan traveloka.
Saya harus adu argumen dg staff, dan menyebabkan teman saya merasa tdk nyaman.
Setelah 10menit kurang lebihnya kami menunggu.
Staff berhasil mendapatkan kamar sesuai pesanan saya. Akhirnya.
Saya harus berfikir ulang jika hrs ke palembang, apakah saya kembali ke fave atau tidak.

Fave Hotel. My Fave-rite "Pink Connection". when My Husband & I traveled 1st time in Indonesia in 2013 we didn't know where to stay. A known person suggested Fave hotel. we were hesitant as it is a budget hotel and we were not sure if it wil be good. but when we went there, Bingo! it was superb with good facilities. clean rooms, sweet and polite staff, location in main city area, which is amazing!
since then we have always been very loyal to Fave Hotel. Whenever we plan a trip we make sure we book a room at Fave. We have been to Fave hotel in Solo, Jogjakarta, Bali, Jakarta, Bandung. it has always been a great experience to Stay at this place.
looking forward to visit all the fave hotels in Indonesia and hope there wil be their chain of hotels in other countries too.

I have been to other Fave Hotels, but this particular Fave Hotel has its uniqueness.
The breakfast is okay, especially for the Palembang food. The room I was in has problem in its water channel, so sometimes the bathroom can be like a little pool.
The overall experience is okay for me, except for the room key. Apparently the magnet (or whatever) wears out easily, so you cannot enter your own room unless you "recharge" it at the reception table. This can happen twice a day.
The hotel is promising for a budget hotel, yet they need to improve if they want customers to come again.response / report this review -

Their service is quite good, except the check in process took a long time, i need to wait around 30 min until my turn. They have various kind of breakfast, including one of Palembang's famous food, tekwan. The taste is favorable

Was here for the all-you-can-eat dinner. The dishes served are exact as what was written on the menu, so that was great. For the quality for each dish, I would give it 75 out of 100 due to the fresh rate of the fruits displayed. Some have already arid, degrading the overall beauty. Other than this, however, I hold no complaint for the cleanliness in the dining area. The personnels here are all quite nice. I am pleased, but 4 stars is the best I could give for now. Keep it up, and earn fame!

A chic hotel. Clean, faster WiFi, good quality of food and drinks. I like their breakfast menus. Budget rate. Near ATMs BRI BNI BCA as well alfamart and indomaret.

First time stay for 4 nights at Fave hotel floor 9th, so many ants, small, red one even at 9th floor, and want lend a scissors or cutter for opening sealed liquid soap, but reception keep giving excuse for not giving it, standard room doesn't have small referigerator

Fast internet speed. Free wifi
Very good food. Comply with my nusantara taste bud
However the air conditioner is somewhat loud and disturb my sleep
Lack of soundproof which mean you can also hear the other guest talk from your room. This can be disturbing sometimes. Or if the guest from other room turn on TV you can hear the noise from your roomresponse / report this review -

Unfortunately, the room at level 6 is contaminated with smoke. (even though they claimed as non smoking floor) The smoke detector and several spots on the table were burnt.

Good value and service, but just be aware that the hotel is located a fair distance from the downtown riverfront area and traffic can be heavy. The front desk was quite helpful with transportation, though.

One of the best budget hotel in Indonesia. Great service, clean, nice & cozy environment, very affordable. Room layout is fine, incredible space usage on tight spaced superior twin bed rooms, it doesnt feel cramped. Though I dislike its huge pillow and lack of bolsters. All in all it was a pleasure to stay in fave hotel.
