No water heater even tea and coffee, water dissrupted, parking management was so bad.. we arrived when lots of visitors from high schools come, hotel management cant manage the crowd so the crowd's sound was quite disturbing, cant have a peacefull night!

Cozy room, many variant of breakfast (mostly asian and traditional taste), price to value, the location is not really far from city center, we can use online taxi or rent a motorbike for city tour

Not as good as fave hotel in Jakarta. The aisle is hot, the room is hot. But the breakfast is really good, its offer many various menu and drinks. Really crowdy also because its near malioboro

Lokasinya strategis, ada kolam renang, tempatnya bersih.
Hotelnya rame jadi beresiko kehabisan room non smoking.
Ada angkringannya di dalem kalau malem.
Resepsionis cantik dan ramah.
Recomended deh kalau harga masih di 300an, kalau mahal mending pilih hotel lain he3 . . .
Parkiran kurang nyaman . . . harusnya dipasang kanopi.
Perbanyak ruangan non smoking.

The staff of the hotel are very friendly. The room is minimalist. But considering the location in the middle of the city, the price is affordable. Nearest tourist attraction is the Gembira Loka Zoo. Overall, it's close to the government's offices. Trans Jogja (Local city bus) shelter is easy to find in this area, so you can go to mainstream tourist attractions like Malioboro, Keraton, or Prambanan Temple by this public transportation.

Very Bad Valet Parking Service.
Dear,
Very bad service for valet Parking. I woke up 4:15 am for check out, but I could not due to my Car had blocked by Bus.
I should wait until 5:30 am after Bus's Driver woke up and clear the parking area. I need to went out early morning because my daughter should went for grab a queue for registration of STAN university.
Finally I borrow Security's bike to drop my daughter and back to hotel and had waited until 5:30 am for check out.
How about if had a flight at early morning ? or I had urgent matter ?.
How come good hotel have very bad Valet Service ?
I hope Hotel's management make evaluating regarding this matter.
If need more information regarding this incident please call me anytime.

actually the room was lovely. but i found some hairs fall and dust behind my room's door, my bed sheet nor bed cover wasn't clean enough, i found stains,the room wasn't fragrant nor the halfway and it felt humid, the AC so noisy, some of TV channel like HBO has bad pictures and the shower permanently stick on the wall. i was in 310.
the bed is good, the location near from my destination, i got best price.

I only spent a night staying at this hotel with my whole family. My kids were happy with the swimming pool and I really enjoy spending quality time with my wife at the room
Pretty recommended for those who want to visit the Gembiraloka zoo (can be reached within 5 mins) & Malioboro (approximately 10 mins)
In addition, there are lots of restaurants with various menus in the vicinity of this hotel
Overall, we were satisfied and wish to stay again next time we come to Yogyakartaresponse / report this review -

The room is very nice n comfortable. It's very clean. The staffs are friendly too. The only thing is there is one kind of smell on the bedsheet after room service is done. I guess maybe it was not fully dried. Overall the room is great. Thank you

Arrived at 4pm, check in time was express, room clean and cool, pool was nice and small. Carpet was dirty and smell in the corridor. Breakfast menu was complete but the taste is 2/5. Food refill took long time. Quite disappointed with the breakfast, need improvement for the taste. Thanks

I like the room, food, swimming pool, staff attitude and specially the internet speed. I am working as copy writter wich is need stable and high speed internet access. I can work everywhere in this hotel area with their free WiFi.

Terrible value for the cost. Location is good if you are a local in need of office supplies, room itself was mediocre at best. I don't expect pristine cleanliness but the room was dirty and we had to request new sheets upon arrival. Very limited menu, and what we did order tasted so bad we could not eat it, after they had initially brought us the wrong food to begin with. I have stayed at hotels half the price and had a far better experience. Very overpriced.
