Excellent service for 3-stars hotel, but the price was too expensive compared with Fave on another cities. I've spent more than IDR900k/night which was 3 times higher than at Yogyakarta or even Makassar!

The staff are warmly welcomed, the rooms are comfortable as well as the inside of the hotel are clean, modern appliances. Can be synonymous with 4 star hotels Keep the quality of service and facilities in the hotel ..

It was a great place to stay. They had various menus for breakfast and the room was cozy. I had a meeting there so I had to stay for several days and the service so far was well enough. Oh, and thankfully I got a room with the view of Jayapura bay.

Clean, comfy, friend staff, and very good service. They even provide you with early check in if they have rooms available. The breakfast were also delicious.

Already asked for early check in when booking, as my flight was arrived at 7 AM and I have to teach before noon. I need to rest and shower, but the room was not ready and I have to wait for hours! Extremely disappointed!

pelayanan ok, service ok, kamar ok, bathroom ok. cuma d awal pas check in tamu d sodori kertas untuk d tanda tangani tanpa menjelaskan trlebih dahulu isi kertas, seperti adany penalty 2jt jika tamu merokok d ruang non smoking. ini membuat banyak tamu kaget dan bingung ketika pas check out mereka d haruskan membayar denda 2 juta rupiah, dan harus bayar karena sebelumnya sdah menandatangani persetujuan yg bahkan tamu itu pun tdk tau prsetujuan apa yg d maksud. hal ini terkesan pihak hotel menjebak tamu

It is a new hotel, the experience staying here was okay. The internet is working just fine, but sometimes unavailable due to maintenance. Breakfast was okay. The most impotant staff crew were all helpful and friendly
