Standard facility as 3 Stars Hotel.
Standard meals (but mostly affordable at restaurant).
Need improvement for room prayers (small space, humid).

Its have all and hair dryer just need to ask. But the towel a bit old in my room.
Food : 4/5
Everyone got preference and its got mine.

Service is ok. Cleanliness is average, towel condition is unacceptable, bad color and smell. Value for money is also average because of the towel condition. English lessons for staff are required! Or hire a good manager. "Meet ball"???. "Spesial today"???

Great hospitality from the staff. Communicative and helpful. Average food though. Suitable for family, I brought 3 children 5 y.o, 2 y.o, and 2 months. No problems.

this hotel located behind UFO, the pink accent make it cheerful. the superior room doesn't provide tea maker unless customer ask it before check in. but, the provide water dispenser. breakfast is good. i like to stay here.. thanks Fave

The location is near from airport. They have good staff, very polite and capable. I got good servis and good food at there. But probably, it will be better if there is a mini refrigerator in my room. Thank you.
