Large and clean rooms. A beautiful place to stay and enjoy Jakarta. But, i think its a lil scary at the upstairs because lack of lighting. And the other hotel facilities such as swimming pool just under maintenance.

Worst hotel I ever been to. First time checking in, they gave me a key to a room that still occupied. Then I have to wait almost an hour to get switched to a new room.
And the carpets in the hallway looked like it hasn't been washed for over a century. The AC was turned off.
All the facilities (swimming pool, gym etc) were unavailable, with "under maintenance" as an excuse.
The elevator sounds horrible.
The breakfast options were very limited. And didn't taste good.
And then when I checked out, the staff gave me back my warranty money, and they asked me to sign a blank bill. What the hell?!
