Have stayed here three times so far because it's just so lovely! Great quiet location that is a short walk to Seminyak shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, beautiful pool and grounds, and clean, spacious rooms.

Good place when you want to have it quiet but still don’t want to stay outside the city.
Located in a quiet back street, walking towards the main shopping street of Seminyak takes 10m. Hotel rooms are sufficiently big, clean & have pool view from the balcony. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.
Beds are nice & firm.
Distance to beach is ca 25m walking - I suggest to take a Blue Bird cab that will take you there for 2€ (response / report this review -

WARNING: very hard mattress. If that's your thing then this is your place. I, however, had spinal surgery so found it intolerable and spent the 1st night trying to catch a couple of hours sleep on the sofa. The next day they tried to soften the mattress by putting a duvet on the mattress. Unfortunately it was too hard under the duvet. The reason I've given 1 star is because of their cancellation 'policy'. I paid for 9 days and obviously needed to leave after two sleepless nights, but they refused to refund ANY money. I leave almost a 1000 USD down, exhausted and in pain. 'Policy' to excuse greed and a total disregard for a guests well being. Disgraceful behavior. Whoever is behind this place is one of Satan's little helpers. I should add that the staff were very nice though.

Charming hotel in a quiet location in Seminyak. Rooms are large and all overlook the swimming pool around which everything happens.

Small quaint place. Good spacious accommodation. Neat linens, good service. Small restaurant with a fixed breakfast menu. Long stay not recommended. Close to major attractions. Little pricey on value added services. Nice pool as well but didn't use it to share the experience.

This place is really nice if you want a bit of relax. The location isn't in the hip area of Seminyak, it's more into the quiet type. You need a ride to go to those trendy places in Seminyak or Kuta. Also, Uber or other online transport services aren't allowed, so just order them secretly 😁
