Very Run Down Falling apart I walked in to get a room. Staff are nowhere to be found. The place has potential to be amazing (and probably was about 7 or 8 years ago) unfortunatley nothing has been maintained, handrails and steps are broken, the garden is run down It all looks old and pretty bad (especially for the price) I walked straight back out and would advise not staying here. Much bettwr options are available.

I asked the people who worked there if they had a lot of clients, (because the hotel wasn't very good at the time), and he said yes for now the rooms are full and he also told us that they will have a big renovation of this hotel because it looks old already. Well

Not clean enough. The pool is okay but overall it looks unmaintained. The restaurant is a big ripoff. They charge extra 21% (tax and service) to the already high prices. Stay away!

Terrible experience. No one should stay here. Full of insects and no cleanlinessno response from care takers. Only beautiful pictures of rooms are uploaded but actually it's not at all at par with them. Taps are leaking. Sockets not working. Even all the lights of the room not working. AC also not working. Literally want refund for this terrible experience . N have been charged too much for these horrible rooms

Doesn’t resemble the photos at all, very run down buildings and grounds, mouldy bathrooms, pool is milky not sure why but wasn’t game to go in it, walk into town 15/20min on busy road not easy for pedestrians. booked for 4nights stayed for 2 then left to go to another hotel. With so many options in Ubud why would you stay here.

Amazing garden but the place is a little bit far from center and the road is not convenient for pedestrians. Also the rooms smelled a little of mold.

So many villa in Ubud, the sub region of Gianyar that's popular with the beautiful nature, great culture and home of arts in Bali.
This place is beautiful, like others villa in Ubud generally.
But if we compare with the same class of others villa at this area, this place is especial from the price, that's more low price than others.
Nice place with good taste of food and beverage also warm service from the staff, and of course "Good Value".response / report this review -

Nice room, Service is nice and polite. Large swimming pool. Located a bit far from Ubud downtown (25 min by foot), but some restaurants are present in the main street which is very close to hotel. by the way, the name of the hotel changed, it is now called Ubud's villas and Spa

Wonderful place with an amazing feel to it and beautiful sounds at night given that there are so many trees and so much life around. Centrally located and a great place to stay, rent a scooter and use as a base camp for adventuring

The hotel in general was a very positive experience. Nice, quiet, clean.
I was a bit disappointed with our dinner, as all three dishes were almost cold, as they would have stand around for fifteen minutes before serving. Also a bit expensive imhoresponse / report this review -

Ubud war die 2. Station auf unserer Balireise und unser Quartier entpuppte sich als absolutes Highlight : Absolute Ruheoase in dieser pulsierenden Stadt, größter Pool in town, saubere schöne Zimmer, Hotelpersonal extrem motiviert und freundlich, Topmanagerin mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen, empfehlenswertes Restaurant mit angemessenen Preisen, üppiger wunderschöner Garten mit täglichem Vogel- und Froschkonzert.

Haven't stayed in the hotel but I've eaten at the restaurant multiple times. Very quiet and beautiful area, perfect for dinner around sunset. Good food at good prices.
