This the worst hotel if we talk about the staff and services
Nothing good about it..
They missed every point of being good staff.
Especially the manager.
He is rude, can't speak polite.
The way he looks the customer is like asking for trouble and not happy no smile none
The price is kinda overpriced..
I won't recommend this hotel

Possibly the best hotel on Samosir. Very kind and caring staff members. Great food cooking straight from the kitchen. A good view of the lake and excellent WiFi

Relax place, tasty breakfast, nice view, I love it so much. Just not suitable for elderly as there are no elevator, my grandmother needs to walk long stairs down to the pier. Hotel are helpful for what we request.

Clean and comfortable room with soft mattresses and nice view of Lake Toba.
The hotel employees are very friendly and attentive. I am impressed with their services. I think that they had been briefed about our condition that they went to great lengths to serve us and to ensure that our needs are met.
The kitchen crew seem to know what I want. When I asked them for some honey/mpale syrup for my waffles/pancakes, they were already preparing to get some honey for me earlier on. Secondly, they served us with omelette which we didn't order, to our surprise. Felt that they are very initiative.
Highly-recommended hotel. Owner is from Switzerland and you will see Swiss cakes at breakfast buffet.response / report this review -

One of the beautiful hotel in samosir island, that has a really beautiful lake view, delicious food and friendly staff. Its recommend hotel for who wants to do travelling to samosir island. Hope can visit this hotel again

Very nice lake view from the room. However, the room is a bit small and pricy with no aircond and fridge. The staff is very helpful and they keeps remind u to be careful when riding the bike on the street.

Nice & Clean Hotel also Good Hospitality of the crew.
Recommended for a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
Breakfast in the morning and Dinner was delicious.
The restaurant is good to enjoying the Lake Toba View.

After the dusty Medan and hard walking of Berastagi volcanoes, was a great idea to rest in Zoya's paradise. Hotel in European style, the view from the room was magnificent (we stayed on the 4th floor) Owners, Marelin and Peris are really nice persons and if you have a question, they can explain all about local life and traditions of Batak people. And they will do it with shining eyes. Thanks

Zoe's paradise waterfront hotel is een zeer mooi en luxueus hotel, voorzien van alle westerse gemakken. (Zwembad, bar/ restaurant, luxe bedden en sanitaire voorzieningen) Het is prachtig gelegen aan een baai van het Toba meer. Het personeel is zeer klantvriendelijk en professioneel. Ook de eigenaren zijn zeer betrokken met hun gasten en erg cultuur historisch ingesteld, zei staan dan ook altijd klaar om advies te geven of je mee te nemen naar lokale bezienswaardigheden. Al met al een erg fijne plek om geheel tot rust te komen!

Hotel baru, perlu peningkatan pelayanan dan fasilitas. Di kolam renang tidak tersedia ruang ganti, untuk kamar mandi diatas air kurang deras, siaran tv belum bisa di akses (27 Juni 2017)
