Very disappointing, the car door is damaged / scratched deep, it looks like it hit a hard object.
When the car was handed over it was smooth and when it was taken it had a defect. Zee's irresponsible party just kept quiet and didn't admit their mistakes.
I use my own car, so if there is a defect at the beginning, it will be clearly visible, especially the position at the driver's door
On the receipt form there is also no sign of damage on the door, if from the start there was a defect Zee would have marked it on the handover form which we checked together at the beginning of the handover
