Great service. Had a facial and pedicure and Hubby had a massage. Sari was very pleasant and friendly.. didn't get the name of the girl that did the massage started with T.. Will come back again next visit to Bali.

The massage was fantastic. Went there with my wife and had a 3 hour session. The price is so much cheaper than the resorts. They even have transportation to and fro from your hotel. I didn’t give 5 Star because the sheet that I was on had a bit of smell.

So relaxing! Took my 11 yo son. Friendly service. Very clean. Very reasonable prices. Pick up and drop off service. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Nusa Dua!

First time in Bali. Great experience, then we visit this spa. I went with the wife and 2 kids. We all had a great 1 hour massage. The masseurs were very professional and friendly. So were the staff. To top it up the prices were reasonable and the picked us up from the hotel and sent us back. Awesome.

Such great service and happy staff, looked after our family of 6. Collected from the hotel with complimentary driver, then kids treated to nail painting, hair braiding while son and adults received the best foot massage. Loved seeing Zahras expansion and her staff after our return from 3 years ago. Zahra really cares about her staff and her customers and will do whatever it takes to ensure that you have a wonderful experience. We will be back

Great value. Went for the 1.5 hour Balinese massage.
Be sure to let your therapist know how you would like your massage!
You get served yummy ginger milk tea and snack after as well.

What a massage!! Excellent service and very friendly staff. Me and my wife came 2 days in a row and both days were great. First day, Vara was the masseuse, she was amazing! Same for second night. They hit the right spots, worth every penny. Also, great pick up and drop off service with friendly drivers. Will come back next year!!

I visited this place twice and both times I had Balinese massage. The massage therapists are amazing, the best I have ever had. The spa is clean, and staff is very friendly. Free transportation is also provided. Highly recommended!

I visited Zahra spa last week and couldn't fault it . Staff were so happy and professional. We come every year and never disappointed. We will be back next year and recommend this spa hands down !!! Love it !!!

We chose this establishment based on the reviews here and on Trip Advisor. The staff was nice and accommodating, but there was nothing extraordinary about this place - it is exactly how I imagine the roadside spas with heckle you to come inside for a massage to be. There is paint pealing on the walls and the it doesn't seem quite well kept. It may be clean (not positive), but the impression is that it is old and things have been allowed to deteriorate. I had a four hand massage and my wife had a back and shoulder massage. Neither of us were impressed, at least compared to the other massage we had at one of our hotels. For the four hand massage, I expected some coordination between the two masseuses, but there seemed to be none: one concentrated on my upper torso, the other on my legs and feet. It was pleasant mostly, but not exceptional as indicated by other reviews.

Considered to be One of the Top Spa’s in Bali one can experience some good Balinese Massage. The Staff here are extremely full of Energy and Helpful.
Enjoyed Couple Balinese Massage throughly along with my Wife.
They do some amazing Nail Work too !!

What can i say? AMAZING!! I have had a few Spa treatments in my time and must say this was up there. 5 hours my wife and i spent with Dewi and Trisna for some of the best massages, reflexology and body scrub i have had for some time. These 2 ladies gave us there full and undivided attention at all times and ensured were comfortable all the way through. 5 hours felt like 2. I cannot recommend this place enough and very affordable too. VERY HAPPY!

Great place! The stuff is very friendly and they did really good work on manicure and pedicure. We felt very comfy and welcome. The atmosphere is great and the prices are cheap. I definitely come again when I'm back in Bali

3 hours and a half was not enough at this wonderful spa. Had to pleasure to meet the owner, Zahra, who is such a beautiful and nice lady. The team was also so funny and professional. Shout out to Angel who did a great foot massage for me ! I would definitely recommend Zahra Spa to anybody looking for a real massage !!

The staff are extremely skilled and professional. The massage was the best Balinese massage I had so far. The ambience of the spa is amazing too.
Got to meet the owner Zahra, a very charismatic business woman. Am so happy that I found this gem of a place.

Best place in nusa dua. Fantastic service came for five nights in a row. Nyoman, iLo and Ima were fantastic really great place to visit . Highly recommend. We came on a couples trip highlight of our evenings

Staff is very nice and the massages were good. Selected the combined services; 4 hand massage, facial and reflexology massage, 3.5hrs true bliss. Silvi the masseuse was great. Was picked up at my hotel 5 minutes after calling, true bonus. Extremely pleasant staff. Selected to walk back to the hotel and did notice other massage places priced less, but the services I received were a complete bargain compared to my hotel, so I am extremely happy and would defenitely return.

Very smart marketing with boosting reviews on TripAdvisor . 5 star for service as the people are very nice and friendly also provides transportation .
However to judge by the skills and environment it may be a 3-3.5, the prices are cheaper compare to those luxurious spas but also way higher compare to Carla s spa and massages in kuta.
For their skill & technique to charge this amount I am hoping to be a bit more skilled , the environment though, I am hoping after so many customers there must have been a huge profit so for long term business, it is strongly recommended to put some thoughts to get simple renovation, some good quality massage beds, towels, chairs and massage oil etc.
It was overall pleasant due to the service and courtesy of the staff which brings returning customers, I am sure they can do better with training and set up of the place .
Service is up to standard 5 star

Best spa I have come across in Nusa Dua! Salon is extremely clean, massage rooms were beautiful and the staff were so lovely! They have free transport also which was an added bonus.
