Accommodating, cozy, chill and sensible vibes. The home of Bandung Brewers Champion 2019.

Good coffee! Lovely to sit at at any time. Always a bunch of design students here with either a bunch of papers of their laptops. I usually order the cafe latte here, it's pretty good. There's also a selection of books, a sort of microlibrary. I guess I've found a lot of comfort in here. I'll be honest, the wifi has never worked properly when I come to visit, but that's not something you should consider too much in your review.

It is strategic, cozy, quiet, and the F&B are good.

I especially love the outdoor space, the green fresh air of Bandung provides a perfect atmosphere to sip coffee, eat, and be merry with friends.

Perfect for hanging out with friends or be with yourself or to work.

This place is very famous to all youth and teenagers in Bandung about 15-10 years ago. This place known as ZOE, its a comic library that allowed their member to read the comics, novels, and many kind of other books. It is located in a very quiet place in famous area in Bandung.
People come to this place to read books, enjoying fresh air, meet with friends, etc.
Now, Zero Hour coffee can be your coffee shop destination in Bandung, they provide coffee and meals, and you can enjoy the coffee and reading the books at ZOE too.
You will never find other place like this in Bdg. Coffee, cozy and library at the same place.
    Love it

I got wifi. Lil music. Average foods and drinks. Good studying vibe. People really come here alone or in groups to study or read. Because it's actually joining with the ZOE book corner. Electric charging posts also available. Laptop friendly.

It lies right next to Zoé Library, and offers much better food and beverages than the previous one under Zoé management. The staffs are nice and friendly. The area is segmented into a smoking area outside and an indoor non-smoking area. Zoé's restroom inconveniently lies in the second floor by a very narrow staircase with no washbasin.

Now ZOE doesn't have canteen anymore. Just the library. The canteen area changes into a coffee shop named ZERO HOUR COFFEE. Friendly service. Inside the café played music which is lil bit too loud as coffee shop playlist. Need improvement in food options and drink taste. (3 stars)

For the old ZOE: I like this place. Quiet and very very affordable, but the manager needs to improve the menu. There is a library as well. Suitable for doing task, discussing, and having meeting. (4 stars)

Very cozy. Suitable for reading or studying. They have an astonishing library as well. In fact, that's the main treat I would say. The cafe is just an add-on. Nothing special about it.

love this place, love the books, love the cozy cafe, there are lots of bench for reading there.
the food and drink choices are not much but enough, as long as they serve coffee, black hehehhe
my opinion, it will be more convenience if all the books are arranged based on title or author, the arrangement still a bit messy now. i found difficulty in searching some books i want and the librarian said they had those books and nobody rented the books, but i still can't find them even though the librarian had told me to look for them on certain section
overall this is the kind of place that i love, i can read here as long as i want :)
