  I think this is the best florist from all florists i ever bought before, I really love every single design they created, so beautiful, keep up to date in their instagram & website, great flower quality, very humble staff. Every flowers i ordered, always deliver on time! Great price, great design & great flower service !.

  Came on a busy day and service was quite bad, a bit crowded and no one was really doing anything to assist the customers. The person at the phone counter just let the phones ring and played a game on her phone. The store felt empty and very limited choice. I finally got what I needed but it was an uncommon experience.

  fake rating, very bad customer service, yes the design is good but customer service is very very very bad.. i booked through their website btw, no information whether they have received my payment or not, no coordination for the delivery, no answer when i ask about anything related to the delivery, & at the very last time of the delivery date they said that my order was missed!? what a day!!.. very disappoint with their service & i regret having used their service..

  First bought yulika's flowers when i was in junior high school which is like 15 years ago and become my only florist ever since. Their bouquets never stop to amazed me and my exs/gf. High quality of flowers are guaranteed here and eventhough the price quite high but it always worth it with the service and the beautiful range of flowers you will get. Thanks Yulika.

  Very recommended florist, they sold not only flower bouquet but also hampers and parcels too. And not forget they provide hand bouquet and wedding/party decoration too.
