  This is a very friendly shop among the hardwares stores I have patronised. From the boss, Ah Heng and his wife, Ah Hoon to ttheir staffs mainly Ah Chuan, Ah Dee, Ah Kar, Ah Choo (Choo Chieh), Hock Soon and also Ay Kow (Dumb & Deaf, sorry I don't know his name but he seem to have a lot to tell me whenever we meet at the shop. I only wish I can master sign language to better communicate with him. All their staffs were very helpful and many times give advise when I ask. Only three days, when Choo Chieh saw me browsing the footings for wardrobe, ahe offered o give me a set of 4 footings which she dismantled from her disposed sofa. I accepted her offer but only 3 days later, a Sunday, I was at the shop again but she don't work on Sundays. To my surprised, she left her footings with Ah Kar. The footings looks new if she don't told it was her sofa. Their prices are reasonable and they give some discount if i buy more things.   Called Yong Heng Hardware of 18 Marsiling Lane for inquiry. A lady answered phone arrogantly and told off customer. Best part, she slammed the phone.
