  Wisma Karya, berada di pusat Kota Subang, menyimpan nilai sejarah penting bagi perjalanan kemerdekaan di tanah pasundan khususnya dikota subang. Pada zaman penjajahan belanda, gedung Wisma Karya dijadikan sebagai tempat refreshing kaum gegeden Belanda di bawah kepemimpinan Tuan PW Hofland.
