The place is overall unique,cozy and really nice! i love where they put the canteen it's not at the base floor but at the upper floor . you can see entire makassar (not really) from there

One of the office building in Makassar. Some of the tenants are Consulate General of Japan, Consulate Australia, Djuku resto, WK Fitness Centre, Bank ICBC Indonesia, Bank BTPN, and Bank Bukopin.

You can find banks and restaurant on the first floor. There is also some other office on the next floors. Last but not least, you can have gym here. What a good office building.

The best high rise building in the city. But this is not a public space, it's an office building. But you can enjoy good food at Djuku Restaurant on 1st floor.
