The best in the restaurant was the wind from the sea :)) no tiger shrimps available when we were here, chicken was nice, fried rice came cold, one fish was good but some special local fish was really bad, nie batter than fish and all so much deep fried that you didn't taste the fish at all A lot of Chinese clients, quite expensive comparing to prices everywhere else We paid 1.3 million for 5 PPL (6 dishes) Very friendly and helpful staff

I regret why I went here.. I went here at 5:00 pm with hungry stomach ( I didn't have lunch) Paid almost 600.000 Rupia Lobster salad was awful Paid 900,000 for just for me but only Bintan worth to have Hard to get attention waiters (Maybe only take care Chinese Group visitors..).
Worst experience in Indonesia.

If you are coming to Manado and wanted to try a bit 'atas/high' fish restaurant this is where you should go. They have fresh seafood, and a bit of Chinese cuisine. Warn you, place can be crowded with foreign visitors therefore, food is a bit pricey. However, taste is great. At night time, there is a live music.

Such a crowded restaurant with live music. Not comfortable at all. The waiters and waitresses are not friendly. The foods are the way too expensive for such just so so taste. It would be a regret for my culinary experience in Manado. Sorry, but I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Very crowd, the price basically based on the weight of the menu that you are going to order. Good view. Have live music, also you may join to sing (karaoke). Crab are ready to cook onelce you order it.

US$35 for two people at lunch. Fresh seafood, and decent cooking. Fish is cheap, but delicious. Great view from the dinning tables. Need to have improved customer service.

Food is good and the seafood is fresh. Price is acceptable as well. Though it's next to the sea, there's not much of a view when it's dark. The restaurant is big and caters to a lot of tourists, but service is relatively snappy.

The place's nice. It's humid and comfy. But I don't really like the waiter because they took such a long time just to prepare the food (I even got some wrong orders came to me) and also they're not quick witted enough to clean the table beside me (I were having an event there so in 3 hours of my visiting, the still didin't clean the table) even though, they're still polite and friendly to me. But also I need to compliment the food cause it's really fresh and good. I like the idea of live music but it lacks a lot of song. I couldn't sing any of the new song. But after all, I think I got a nice time here.

We asked the hotel reception to recommend a good seafood restaurant and they recommended Wisata Bahari. After we ate there the first night, we continue the next 2 nights in a row. The seafood are really good and price is very reasonable. Lobsters, mantis prawns, fish and crabs are all very well prepared. Standard is better than most seafood restaurants in Singapore.

i was served Sesame Prawns (Udang Wijen) with Cockroach!! i complained and asked to be canceled. No apology at all and later they bill me for the cockroach prawn. i almost puked and didnt sign up for Fear Factor.
i then asked for the manager. Maksi (first pic), prentended to be the manager because they manager is sleeping. after 20 mins the manager (Ryan, second pic) woke up, walk past to get changed. then came and still trying to cancel that cockroach prawn from the bill.
after about 30mins i finally paid the corrected bill. folks from the west..surprise.. and good luck for all that still want to eat there.
even if no cockroaches, it is pricey and taste average.
