  Great hotel, the breakfast is on lvl 17 of the hotel but limited choice of food. Maybe they can more improve in variety of breakfast.

  Warm service from the guest officer. The room's rather small, like the other budget hotel. The breakfast was pretty good. The restaurant is at the top of the building, so you can see the view of Bandar Lampung city from there.

  They got a good room to be honest but poorly i feel the service wasn't really good especially on the front customer service. There's woman who serve bad as a front service officer. Besides, they still had many good service like the mini swimming pool. Beyond that, the service was suck for god's sake.

  - Front desk service is not hospitable.
  - Soap dispenser in room was broken.
  - Room service ends at 10 PM.
  - Towel quality is low.
  - Wifi doesn't work.
  
  For the price, you would get better service at Horison Lampung.

  Pros : Nice and clean room, very good point of view, rooftop dine with great view.
  
  Cons : Card for opening doors and lights up electricity or use elevators hotel provided only one it's uncomfortable

  Room card key can provides only one. Lift need room card key access. Room electricity need room card key access. So very unconvinience

  SATISFYING! I dunno but I feel very nice to sleep here. They provided various tv channel. but breakfast menus are very standard.

  This 17 storeys hotel has medium to low price tag. One of the nicest hotel with mini swimming pool in Lampung.
  Please maintain the availablity of soap in bathroom. And for its bathroom's sliding door, please do some maintenance on it.

  I think this hotel just perfect for individual travellers, or business trevelling.
  
  PS : Make sure you order smoking rooms if you're a smoker. Because even if ashtray was provided in every rooms, they'll charge you if you smoke in the room if you don't pay for smoking room.

  The bed so far is nice.. but when I try to turn on the channel it can't.. something wrong and towels smell musty ... but luckly the staff directly assist repairing my TV and replacing my towels .. so far still good .. I'll tell u again tomorrow

  This 17 storeys hotel has medium to low price tag. One of the nicest hotel with mini swimming pool in Lampung.

  Liftnya mencetnya musti lihai. Kamar mandinya untuk shower gak ada pintu penutup. Jadinya basah deh lantainya. Selebihnya okehh 👌

  Hotel baru, dgn kamar sempit. Pelayanan kurang di dining room. Kursi mendadak patah, pelayan sedikit, kotor, tidak mengerti istilah internasional, suka menunggu-nunggu pelayan lain untuk mengerjakan sesuatu, dan membuat menunggu sesuatu yang ternyata habis.
