My girlfriend and I travelled to the paradisiacal village of Watukarung in Central Java for 5 nights last September and stayed at the Prapto Homestay. We just couldn't´t have chosen a better place!!!

In charge of this homestay is Jeffri, a friendly guy who knows how to take care of his guests and make them feel at home. The rest of the family are also very kind and attentive, always with a smile on their faces. We arrived at nighttime and really appreciated the wooden cabin that was given to us with private bathroom all for ourselves. It had a large comfortable bed and air conditioning, which made it easy to rest after a long day travelling.

Breakfast was included and lunch and dinner are available at a reasonable price. Just advise a short time in advance before you want to eat and you'll be served in the dining area with the rest of guests, which is a great way to get to know the rest of the travellers. Food is delicious and includes Indonesian specialties and fresh fish that made us almost lick our fingers.

Can´t wait to go back!!!

Nice place the owner Jefri is very kind and helpful very very helpful. U can order food here also for breakfast lunch or dinner. Quite near with the watukarung beach, only 300-400 mtrs.

Clean rooms and bathroom, cozy place and great food. Jefri is very helpful and his mom, Ms Atun, is a really good at cooking. Ask Jefri for renting a motorbike or hire a car with driver and take a look around Pacitan.
