  New building, bigger and cooler, menus are the same than before, some new cheesy menu is available. The new order procedure also aplicate here, you take the menu by yourself and write it to the order paper, once you finish dirwstly make the payment to the cashier, this is the one of the new order development by Waroeng steak & shake management which seem quite efficient

  Kemarin nyobain ke waroeng steak and shake yang di kalimalang. Tempatnya sekarang udah bagus karena habis di renovasi dan cocok banget buat foto2 instagram yang aesthetic. Pencahayaan di ruangannya juga cukup terang menurut saya jadi lebih nyaman. Tapi untuk pelayanannya menurut saya kurang efektif karena ternyata sekarang kita harus self-service. Jadi setelah dikasih menu dan list pesanan, kita harus datang ke kasir dan langsung bayar. Selain itu kita juga harus bawa minuman sendiri dan ambil garpu serta pisau sendiri. Sangat kecewa karena sistem yang sebenarnya udah bagus tapi gak diinfokan ke pelanggan jadi saya sempat kebingungan sendiri juga. Padahal bisa ditulis cara memesan yang baru itu di menu atau ditempel di dekat kasir. Untuk harga, menurut saya jadi lebih mahal dari sebelumnya. Makanannya ya lumayanlah buat saya.
