Cool, modern, stylish and clean building. The staffs are nice and would certainly help you. They also practise standard health protocols here. However, the lobby doesn't have any bench for the guest to sit down and relax. It makes waiting in the lobby an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

For the muslims who want to pray, there is a mosque in the 3rd basement. If you have any trouble regarding the whereabouts, just ask the staff. You also have to walk to the lowest part of the basement to take wudhu. I suggest you to bring your own praying equipment and don't forget to bring a friend with you since the 3rd basement itself is a gloomy, empty place with no one around. The place looked like a horror movie scene for me, and surely gives you an unnerving feeling.
