Calm place, nearby the shops & restaurants but far away from the street & nightlife noise. You can get decent sleep - without any disturbance at night. Nice clean big room, well-equipped shared kitchen that can be used. This is self-service villa -> no breakfast, no laundry service. The pool was nice, but it could have been cleaned more often. There were leaves and some other objects at the bottom of the pool.
