The villa is nestled between the beautiful green rice paddies and the vast sandy beaches of the Bali Sea. The villa is equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite connection, a DVD player, and an extensive collection of DVDs, including a large assortment of children’s films. For those who enjoy quality time, there are various games as well as a pool table.
The heart of the villa is located around the pool, where sunbathers can relax on comfortable sun loungers on the large terrace. The terrace is partly covered with a traditional thatched alang alang roof, which features a long dining table. Is there anything better than enjoying breakfast with a refreshing sea breeze or having lunch or dinner overlooking the infinity pool, the sea, and the tropical garden? The spacious lounge area with docking station is ideal for blissful relaxation. The bale benong is also a covered terrace where you can sink into the cushions and enjoy an aperitif. There are many seating areas around the villa where you can linger cosily and rest. Even if you are staying with a large group of guests, everyone will have the necessary privacy. The garden and terraces are equipped with lights that ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the evening.

Volcano update:
As we are on the island ourselves right now, we will try to give you accurate information, which in most cases lacks the media broadcasts..
For now Villa Asmara Lovina Bali, neither the west side of Bali is affected by the vulcanic ash cloud. Villa Zensa Seminyak Bali had some minor volcanic dust on the outside terrace furniture in the early morning today.
...After the phreatic erruption of last week, yesterday, Saturday November 25th, a first eruption occured around 5:30 p.m. local time. More eruptions followed and continued into Sunday, with a "medium-pressure eruption" in the early evening that sent ash 2,000 meters into the air, the Bali's Regional Disaster Management Agency said.
The National Agency for Disaster Management issued a Level 3 alert, recommending no public activities within 6 to 7.5 kilometers (3.5 to 4.5 miles) from the peak. Anyone within that distance of the peak was advised to evacuate.
Indonesia's Center for Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation raised its aviation notice from an orange alert to a red one Sunday.
Lombok International Airport on the neighbour Pulau Lombok island has closed temporarily due to the north-westerly winds, moving the ashcloud to the east.
Today, as the wind turned easterly in the early morning, Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali has been closed temporarily as it affects arriving and departing traffic. This closure has been confirmed until Tuesday, November 28th, 7am.
Below, the picture of the current area affected by the ashcloud (red) and its 6hour/12hour prediction.
Keep you informed.

Tuesday, November 21 at 4pm: Mount Agung had a so-called "phreatic eruption".
Phreatic eruptions are steam-driven explosions that occur when magma heats water beneath the ground. A normal reaction of heated water, resulting in the erruption of grey steam. Steam driven explosions occur when vast amounts of water beneath the ground run over molten lava or magma, causing pressure to build up in the volcano. These are incredibly hard to predict.... Phreatic explosions are accompanied by smoke, volcanic ash and and other material in the crater. Volcanic phreatic eruption is not something strange if the status of volcano is above normal.
The alert level remains at a grade 3, on a scale of 1 to 4, after it was downgraded from the maximum level 1 in October.
Following a month of close monitoring, officials are closely watching the volcano for signs of increased seismic activity.
This phreatic eruption may not lead to anything else claims volcanologist Professor Erik Klemetti, "Just like before, we wait. If the earthquakes remain low, then maybe we’re not seeing the start of a larger eruptive period at Agung. We just need to watch all the warning signs that volcanoes provide".
The Indonesian volcanologists who have been monitoring the volcano have done an excellent job, so if you are planning to travel to Bali or live on the island, pay attention to their words.
For now, the situation remains unchanged and the airport remains open.
Keep you updated ..

Galungan and Kuningan
Galungan enlivens the whole island of Bali. It marks the beginning of the Pawukon year.
These festivities, which start with the actual Galungan day, last 10 days and come to an end with the Kuningan celebration.
...Galungan celebrates the creation of the universe, the victory of the good, Dharma, against the evil, Adharma. It takes place in the familial temples where, according to the Balinese, the gods come down to earth and the ancestors’ souls pay a visit to their family.
Galungan is always celebrated on a Wednesday.
Festivities come to an end with Kuningan, which celebrates purification. On that same day, the ancestors’ souls are leaving their family’s temple.
