Kebetulan awal bulan saya ada event di Vasa Hotel, Ballroomnya sangat luas dan bersih, bahkan di lantai tersebut disediakan secara khusus Smoking Area yang berbeda ruang.. Pelayanannya dari pihak hotel juga tanggap dan sigap.. ACnya dingin dan segar.. Toiletnya semua bersih dan serba smart edition, non manual..
Sebelum masuk hotel ini, kalian wajib melewati pintu scanner dan bag scanner.. Untuk price/night, kalian bisa cek langsung webnya / telpon resepsionisnya.. Selamat mencoba 😀😉

I went to coral meeting room for my friend's seventeenth birthday. It's good place for meeting but not so much for birthday with a lot of people. Their foods and beverages. so-so. Not too bad or good. But it will fills your belly. I hope you can improve it. Bonus point for their restroom tho. Its futuristic and elegant

It so good, excellent service, nice view.
Very recommended Hotel services.

The 209 Dining have a great international buffet food.
The staff service is so wonderful.
We celebrate our Mother birthday and the staff is very helpful during preparation of birthday cake.

I would definitely return again for the 5-star hospitality. Miss Made made it easy and was VERY helpful.The other staffers to were great!

The only negative feedback was the toilet draining system, the water does not drain in the correct direction and will flood near the exit of the shower which made it slightly unhygienic. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT!

209 Dining located on 2nd floor which provide a buffet dining experience for the guest.
Offers wide range of food from Western, Chinese, Italian and also Japanese.
Love the cauliflower soup, Avocado mousse and Thai Beef salad.
Good ambience and environment and can be quite crowded when this place is booked for occasional event.
The parking area can be difficult to get as they have limited space.

Service and facilties are superb. Nice and cozy hotel. Ambience is amazing, kids love it. Closed to varies option of food and restaurant. Nearby the toll to airport. The price is really good for this quality of rooms

209Dining might be the best buffet restaurant in Surabaya, in terms of choice, quality, but not their service.
Their buffet is rotated based on that day's theme: either seafood or 'meat'.
We came for their seafood buffet and were surprised by the extensive choices. Their smoked salmon, salmon en croute, and sashimi were my favorites and the quality was beyond my expectation.
But by the time my family ordered their lobster, the staff told my parents that it was sold out, while they served it to the customer that came right after we ordered it.

I just have lunch at 209 dining restaurant. They serve international buffet menu. The taste is quiet good. But they usually full book at lunch an dinner. If you want to dine in there, I suggest you have to book first. If you bring your kids, you can let them play in their kids playground at 5th floor but careful it's beside the swimming pool. But their playground is quiet big and they have so many toys.

4 star hotel (as far as I notice currently) located at West of Surabaya. Very close to the toll exit/entrance which provide easy access to/from airport. Just beware of the rush hour because the traffic become really bad. Strategic location if you are looking to explore local foods or international foods nearby. Room is clean. They are currently renovating 29th to 36th floor currently and will be available soon. I will stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

New hotel in west part of Surabaya. As per October 2017, there are still finishing the parking lot. The hotel is completed, and they have nice restaurant inside perfect for family or larger group gathering. The food is quite delicious too.

Had dim sum at the xiang fu hai chinese restaurant inside Vasa. Walking into the 6th floor of the restaurant had a nice ambiance and a lively buzz from the guests Sunday Lunch but thats where the nice experience ends. Checking out the extensive menu was exhausting and when the food comes out, not impressed with it at all. I always check a restaurant out with the classics dishes first. Even when I had the classics dishes harkau, siomay, lemon chicken, etc. which was just so-so and mediocre.

Im not staying at the hotel but i went to the chinese restaurant at level 6.
You must wait to be seated and i over heard the reseptionist said they cannot take the reservation by phone.i think the food is great.i sat at the vip room (2 tables)with 1 waiter standby.the restroom also very clean.

Well, I'm not staying at this hotel, I just go to the chinese restaurant and it turns great. The service is very nice and friendly, food also delicious & has an ellegant display. Enviroment and atmosphere in this restaurant is nice and comfy.

You can find various kind of menu for breakfast.
And the staff always helpfull.

This is our first stay in Vasa Surabaya. My wife and i stayed there for four days. Our first impression of the hotel was the warm welcome. The hotel is clean, staff was always polite and helpful. Location is very strategic to the west surabya and easy to get to the freeway. Our only downside was the pool area. The water wasnt clear and it needed more shade. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel.
