Hotelnya cukup modern dengan lokasi yg agak jauh dari pusat kota. Jadi cocok yg ingin mencari suasana 'sepi'. Kamar paling atas bisa dapat pemandangan laut yg sangat indah. Ruang meeting tersedia dengan kapasitas yg cukup besar. Ada fasilitas ruang fitness, ruang untuk main PS, dan kolam renang yg cukup besar. Koneksi internet cukup bagus. Sayang, menu makanan kurang variatif. Selain itu agak jauh kalau mau mencari menu2 halal.

Amazing hotel, we had a great time. The room is big and were excellent. We stayed in deluxe room. Room had all the facilities and well maintained . Staff were friendly and helpful.

Was here for 2 nights, the room was spacious even at the lowest, breakfast was great, definitely love the "Sushi" and the view of Seaview Terrace is superb, was there for a couple massage which so much relaxing, not forget to mention the pool "romantic part of the Hotel" definitely will be back to meet the manager "Sherly" who gave us warm farewell on our Departure.

Had to wait 2 hours at the lobby to get a room. Wasn't offered anything at all for the long wait. Staff were not particularly helpful, left me to wait with nothing in hand.
Check out time also takes a long time. Maybe Vouk means " Fouk Yu guest! We do it the Fouk way so Fouk Yu! "
Not coming back here and wouldn't recommend the hotel to any of my awesome Avenger friends who wouldn't appreciate being Fouked around.response / report this review -

No one pick the phone. Cant seems to reach the hotel by phone call. No additional number. This is a hotel huh? No one there to pick a phone call?

Greaaaaaaaaaaaaat place and great food, but a great food comes with a price 😂😂, beside this hotel have a good vibe and affordable price as a 5 star hotel if we plan to stay a few days here. Excellent 😊🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

Great design. Great swimming pool area even though the cleanliness is 6.5 out of 10.
The room is fairly new and the bathroom is modern now.
Love the breakfast foods especially the noodle cause they are tasty and delicious according to breakfast standard.
However, we asked for housekeeping to clean up our room when we left the room for a wedding at 3pm. But when we got back to our room at 11pm, the room was still in a mess. We had to call out the reception again to get our room cleaned up.
However, overall a great stay.

A littile bit outdated but Quite clean. Good atmosphere. There isn't any hotel entertainment. The breakfast is basic. It's far from anywhere imo. Doesn't have its own beach. Pretty standard overall

It's a decent hotel but overpriced because its location is too remote from everywhere else in Bali and the hotel doesn't have enough amenities & facilities to keep us busy there. There is only one long swimming pool that is admittedly gorgeous but that's it. Plus, the food is mediocre, the service is middling and the view is lacking.

The view is amazing. My favorite place is the Seaview terrace. The room is quite big. But the problem, the beach is relatively far. Overall, I do really enjoy staying here for a moment.

Stayed there for the first time and definitely will be my last.
My room door lock didn't work for 36 hours. having repeatedly reporting this issue, the staff didn't respond.
Further, my cups in my room weren't washed. As I used them to rinse the tooth paste, the cleaners just turned them upside down and toothpaste stains still on the cup.
Had stained towels and had to report this and have them changed.
The best part of the stay at Vouk Hotel was the young trainee waitress (Nonik) at the restaurant who provided an outstanding service.response / report this review -

Good hotel and good place to get some rest. I dont know about other rooms but our's was a bit disappointment. The water stays all night in the shower. If you're looking for place near a restaurant / cafe this hotel might not be your best choice. Check in / check out process took longer then we expected.

GREAT hotel & suites in Nusa Dua Bali, with large room (>51m2), large swimming pool, best menu recipes, exspecially "Nasi Goreng /w Satay" and "porridge". Very helpfull and cheerfull team and hospitallity, from front office, back office, canteen even the gardener and janitor.
You should try this hotel by yourself, and experience the BEST moments in Nusa Dua Bali at the BEST Hotel & Suites ever. ;)response / report this review -
