In a good shape. But need to invest on internet wifi. No signal for Indosat & XL provider. Only good with Telkomsel.

A newly renovated airport in Waingapu. It is cleaner and the service is better. Nice!!!!

Although I would have given this airport either a 4 or 5 for speed through, in check-in it failed horriblly, especially in waiting for flight. Although 2 airlines serve this airport at the moment Nam Air (Lions Air) I believe will not take off if plane is not full to capacity leaving people in the airport at their mercy. Not a way to bring in new business. What is the sence of buying a ticket and planning if none of that is important? Toilets in airport lack any maintenance since Toilet paper seems to not exist here anyway, travels must wipe at their own expence; that is a first even at an airport as small as this. Very clean vestibles though but what does it matter if the service definetly needs a new facelift. Security at the airport is the worst I have ever seen treat travelers like nobodies when there jobs are paid by our travel efforts. No Waiting area except outside in the scorching sun with no overhang to cover yourself from the exposing sun. I did notice though that preference is given to friends of security, not a ggod way to keep your jobs especially in that country where employment is very low. Anyway this place is calling for new management

Bad.narrow, don't have enough staff, poor security.everything about it just screams the worst of airport services.it's on renovation process but nothing changes.this place needs help.

salah satu bandara di pulau sumba.. bulan agustus 2016 pas bapak saya meninggal, saya kehabisan tiket untuk bernagkat dari tambolaka dan akhirnya terbang via waingapu ke jogja

i had a stopover there from the flight from kupang to denpasar and stayed aboard of the aircraft while other passengers were entering or leaving
