Amazing place with beautiful and spacious rooms. We had ocean view room, which was incredible! The staff are the sweetest and always helpful! Would love to come back to this place 😊❤

I didn’t have a pleasant time at the hotel. It was a very quiet hotel. The restaurant did not serve variety of food (breakfast). The swimming pool was closed several times per day for wedding occasions.

We didn't have a very pleasant stay here. Overall, the place felt disorganized and unusually quiet at times.
We had a really poor experience with the hotel's tour desk - where the tour didn't show up at all and the hotel only managed to contact the tour driver after we were waiting almost for an hour.
The rooms and facilities are quite good. The hotel looks fairly new as well and the beach is quiet (but there are definitely better beaches in Bali).
The hotel is quite far away from Nusa Dua and there's only a few times in a day when the hotel can drop guests to town. At other times we had to reserve taxis specially as there are no taxis near the hotel anywhere.
We didn't enjoy the hotel's meals and food so much and vegetarian options were limited.response / report this review -

Too much Chinese guests and so noisy you never expect this hotel will be 5 star service. I think 4 stars are almost okay for this hotel. A little overpriced for all service.
But the room was very very huge. Regarding the cleaness, it was not very nice so that it waa the only problem for me.response / report this review -

Beautiful villa with perfect ocean view. Bedrooms have giant space! Compare with the suite, the restaurant and bar are not that fantastic.

Beautiful serene place if viewed from balcony of your hotel room. Downside is the pool is hardly accessible during the day due to non stop wedding occasions occupying the poolside. Cannot access the beachfront due to construction works being done. Food quality & selection on buffet quite poor as well. 1 time visit in this place is good enough just because of the seaview and the good, clean nice spaceous room.

What a view! This place was just beyond our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice.. to wake up to the rolling waves and smiling staff every day was just superb. I look forward to staying here again.

Spectacular views, superb rooms and a service to match. The restaurant was a little mediocre and so was the gym but we would definately consider returning in the future.

all staffs are friendly and the view of the sea is beautiful. the breakfast are various and tasty. they also serve us breakfast box when we need to leave before 7am. i really appreciate their hospitality.

Very nice staff and services. If you need to leave early in the morning you can ask them the breakfast box and they will bring it to your room. So quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The location is a bit far from the center of Nusa Dua but they have free shuttle bus and taxi is not so expensive so it's not really a problem.
