  A first-time customer. If the price was 40k or below, I would have given 3 stars or more, but since it cost 90k + tips, I must give 2 stars.
  I think the method was correct, they worked with the tyres first then the below part of the car and worked it to the top. But seems like it was hurried. The car were not rinsed properly before and after they put the soap on. I could see some soap bubbles when they were mopping to dry the car.
  That resulted in lots of fine scratches on body and window glass, including the sunroof glass.
  Simply said, it was not worth the price.

  I was a regular customer until my e-toll card got stolen. There was a strong indication one of the cleaning crews took it.
  
  There was actually nothing I could do, because I already left the premise and realized the card was missing hours later. I called Ultimate to explain the situation and they promised to call back. Several minutes later they called and told me nobody saw or took it - which was something very foolish of them to do. Then they claimed this was the first time for them.
  
  Felt really upset because Ultimate intentionally wanted to avoid dealing with this. Obviously I am not planning to go back again. Do be careful when you’re getting your car washed here or anywhere.

  Pernah bebrapa kali cuci mobil lokasi bagus nyaman untuk kebersihan mobil dari luar cukup oke sayang kuarang perhatian dari dalam inteior mobil .contoh kecil kaca dalam msh kotor dan selalu sy tegur dengan jwbn oh iya lupa padahal sudah terulang bebrapa x nyuci Sukses selalu
