  The guest house is actually quite comfortable for an overnight stay. However, it is unfortunate to be located inside the campus so it can not be seen by the public. The impact is not so crowded by general visitors to stay.

  Clean place, friendly staff but no hot water and local chanels only for tv. not a bad place but i wouldn't recommend this place

  Hot water takes more than 15 minutes to come out. Closet is dirty with black spots in the cover. Facility is quite limited. Access is a bit difficult, only via Matos. There is no lift to 2nd floor. Mosquitos are many.i went to masjid raden fatah for subuh prayer that only 2 minutes walk but is still under renovation. There is no sign to enter the mosque so that took a long time to go in. The only advantage when you stay at UB guest house is easy access to Univ Brawijaya.

  Old furnishing material, dirty wall, the room is not oke.. some room got TV tube 19".. bad building maintenance - hot water won't work.. my bad experience stay here..
  
  The internet also not good. Bad wifi signal in most of the room in the 2nd floor. You have to go out or go to 1st floor to get strong wifi signal..
  
  The bad things & I really-really hate is the traffic in front of the hotel.. jamned all the time.. expecially at bussiness hour, 09.00 am - 06.00 pm.. the parking area also too small.. so uncomfortable when we have to go out / in the hotel several times a day..
