  The artificial beach looks nice. But the activities are underwhelming. The mangrove boat trip is uninspiring.

  Treasure Bay Bintan is a shared man-made saltwater pool that receives water direct from the sea.
  
  The water is extremely clear and neutralized.
  Slightly salty but leaves no sticky sensation like the beach nor burning eyes like a chlorine filled pool.
  
  There are a few activities you can try as well.
  
  It is a must-go!

  It's very good place for visiting mangroves area, playing water in the longest natural saltwater pond in South East Asia combined with several other attractions. Best place in lagoi area to visit for travel purposes

  Wonderful experience really enjoyed my holiday at Natra Bintan. The lobby staffs there were friendly and attentive.
  Lots of fun activities for the guests, they also provided buggy rides for the hotel guests.
  You can also rent the electric scooter to explore the place... and no licence needed 😀👍

  This place is incredible. Asia's largest swimming pool viewing area. There are numerous activities available here. I enjoy the mangrove tour because it gives me a strong sense of nature. If you are coming from Tanjungpinang, the distance is approximately 1 hour longer, and you can also go directly through the port of Bintan.

  It was super amazing to spent our holiday here. Good view and good vibes, its really such as beachlife (water sport, cottage, etc) But we need spent lot of money here because every services here will be charge again exclude your ticket entrance price

  One of the largest swimming pools i have been to. However half the pool was closed for other activities, swimming only at the shallow place.

  Quiet place with lots of water activities... Unfortunately lack of shaded seating areas to chill.. we were there for 3 hours and found no place to sunbathe or enjoy the view whilst relaxing..

  This is most outstanding place for you all to get so much more experience on your holiday.
  That you cant never ever forgetting.

  This place is a nice place to play water sport with family or friends. The entrance fee is IDR 100.000/person. It has a very huge swimming pool. There are also other facilities, such as kayaking, suv riding, scooter, etc which need extra fee to play. They provide stores which sell food and clothings.

  Absolutely the best holiday experience at a resort I personally had. 1st class in all departments and is my benchmark for all future holiday destinations although this one is probably not going to be beatable. Excellent locale, excellent in-house activities and payment system, superb rooms, friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was 2nd to none.

  Room ambient is nice. Food is much better at warna warni restaurant than the main lobby restaurant. Good for family trip especially with kids.

  Great man made blue lagoon, crystal clear. Staff take pride to maintain the lagoon daily, cleaning the area and removing any leaves. There is a couple of activities including kayaking, inflatable obstacle course, slides, wakeboarding. You can rent escooter to move around. The cost is on the pricey side. However, the staff are nice and helpful.

  Pretty, a bit expensive for local price, making transaction here is complicated, service not bad. Workers pay more attention to overseas people than local people which is disadvantage for local people.

  Lagoon is well maintained right now. The water is cool even in midday, the food is decent and not exorbitant. Convenience and relaxation is the game here.

  It's a big area. Quite clean. We got a big room. The aircon wasn't that strong though. Shopping is very limited. The nearest town is one and a half hours away. In terms of activities, many water activities to do.

  The water activities are certainly pricey but do your research first. Staff are all incredibly friendly, certainly makes the trip so much more enjoyable. The place is lively, but not crowded, so it certainly adds to a lovelier atmosphere.

  The biggest outdoor swimming pool in South East Asia. There's water sport as well. It's in the same place with Canopy hotels and resort. Water sports quite expensive, but if you just want to browse around, you can rent an e-bike cost you IDR 185,000 (USD 14)

  One of my family's favorite place to be on weekend or weekday. Crystal clear bay water. I feel like I'm swimmin' in the sea 😝 Really like the ambiance and service here. Few games and slide. You can spend your whole day here with just IDR100k entrance fee.

  This place is the biggest swimming pool, there have many tourists, this place long until one kilometers... A ticket expensive is one hundred thousand rupiah. exclude with a games in water.

  Very clean very safe.
  Plenty of life guards around. Lots of activities but some you need to pay extra. They use a cashless system. So get the tag (like a watch) at the entrance counter. Top up your credits before going in. Any balance they will return money to you.
  
  Very friendly staffs.
  
  Wish they open til later, they close at 6pm.
  But Sunsets early there.
  
  Toilet lights was switch off except the makeup area when we went shower at 630pm. It was so dark we need to use our handphone lights. They should extended the hours for toilet atleast
  
  Food inside was expensive.
  Either you eat outside at Lagooi to save money.

  Went for a 1 day trip and visited the water park area. Definitely a place to go if you are interested in outdoor activities! There are activities such as kayaking, water tricycle and even paddle boarding. If you are not interested in water sports, there are also land acticities such s segway rides, renting a vespa or even going for a ATV/UTV ride! Kudos to this REALLY friendly staff at the main entrance (Ervin) for arranging a cab to fit our free and easy plans. I HIGHLY recommend this place for a day trip for couples or even families!

  Treasure Bay merupakan Kolam Renang Terbesar di ASEAN...(info yang saya denger :-) )
  Tempatnya bagus...banyak permainan yang bisa kita lakukan....cuman semuanya berbayar..he...he...yang gratis ya renang di kolam renangnya..
  Untuk masuk Treasure Bay kita deposit Rp. 100.000,- yang Rp. 20.000 sebagai pass masuk dan sisanya Rp. 80.000 bisa kita gunakan untuk makan atau permainan...mesti dihabiskan karena tidak bisa refund (alias hangus).

  Pengalaman buruk. Dari awal waktu pertama masuk di loket pembayaran untuk masuk mas yang sedang bertugas disitu menjelaskan dengan jelas namun dia mengulang - ngulang kata kata deposit tidak bisa direfund, saya merasa ini seperti diskriminasi. Lalu waktu saya di restoran yang berada didalam saya menunggu mungkin 5 menit baru dilayani setelah berkali kali memanggil pelayan dan juga saya menunggu pesanan saya hampir 40 menitan. Makanan lumayan harga ya biasalah standar tempat hiburan keluarga. Setelah makan kami memutuskan untuk menyewa segway. Pada saat saya bertanya pada mba yang bertugas di bagian tersebut atau bisa jg disebut kasir mba tersebut menjawab pertanyaan saya dengan tidak menatap saya melainkan melihat kebawah seperti tidak peduli dan dengan nada yang kurang ramah. Pada disaat itu saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayan treasure bay padahal tempatnya bagus.😡
