very friendly service, I ordered hiace from Malang to Jember and all of them delivered to Malang on time according to the hour and on time, I always ordered hiace here because the driver was friendly and easy to talk to even though we had only met once but our familiarity was like already know each other. The service is top 1 thumbs up, I admit. I will order again later for a family vacation

No Recommendation, lack of communication.
Departing or not should be confirmed. Very risky for people who have to be on time to the airport.

Order from d-1, but on the d day the driver said there was a traffic jam so the pick-up would be late, but there was no pick-up. Customer service cannot be contacted as well as the driver. Not really recommended
