It got many kind of restaurant and various beverage like boba and some coffee.. it got phone acc shop even gemstone stall. Unlucky the vibe is a bit off

TM's success were following the Mall itself after taken over by the Podomoro management, one of specialist in Mall operational in region. Beside, its location were surrounded by high populatin density caused the TM has to provide the "AtoZ" goods & commodity stuff including fashion stores, electronics, handcrafted articles & gemstone markets, foodcourt; even the Wedding center; that most favour to couple, like my son and daughter in law which was used as consultant before got married.
I thoght, reasonable prices is one advantage of TM's offering for.

This one aren't really categorized as a mall in my opinion. Its more like a low-end shopping center. The surrounding area are known to be unsafe, and cellphone/wallet thieves are everywhere here. Well, the mall itself is dirty and too crowded. If u really have to go here, i suggest u to be extremely aware of your own belongings, and make sure to park your vehicles inside the mall parking area. That's the least u can do.

The closest local shopping centre at my place. A wide variety of products and we can haggle with the seller. Similar with ITC in smaller scale.

Actually, this mall is located at very strategic location. It has what's needed to become one of the best mall at Jakarta. But, I don't know why, so many vacant retailer shop here. The facilities are good with cinema xxi, kids play ground and so on. If you are gemstone lover, then you must come to here. The parking lots are ready more then adequate. And it's very easy to reach this mall by any public transportation.
