  + very near Borobudur complex, gave complimentary breakfast despite it not being listed in our reservation, coffee shop serves civet coffee, master bedroom has an amazing view of the Zen garden, cheerful hospitable staff
  - floor needs sweeping, no sink in the shower room, soiled towels, room smells of moth balls, the AC in 1 room we stayed was not as cold as it should have been at 16C, the breaker tripped at 1am on our last night and with no staff to assist us at this hour, power remained down until 6am. So much for our needed sleep :(

  Lovely and quiet escape from the noisy Yogyakarta. Very fiendly and helpful staff; they've made us feel at home and took great care of us when we got back to the Homestay, exhausted from the Merapi-trekking!
  
  We took the bike to Borobodur and also explored the surrounding village Magelang. Great and relaxing experience!

  There is one big room only. The others are quite small. The bathroom doors (beside in the main room) is weird. The doors are made of glass so you can look inside the bathroom. It is awkward if you stay here with you friends of family.

  For dinner, find bakmi pak muri near lotus 2, nice mi godok and petay fried rice 😊
