Great people who make you feel welcome and provide a clean simple room for you with a perfect breakfast each morning. I enjoyed my stay and they are helpful with setting up tours or pick up from and to airport.

Nice and clean room, reasonable price, friendly and helpful people, there's only one thing Although most of the staffs​ are amazing, there's this one guy who received us when we arrived at night, and who, for unknown reason, only acknowledged my husband even though I was in front of him too. Even when it was my ID that's being used as identification, he kept talking only to my husband, completely dismissing me as if I was invisible. This is rather rude and unpleasant. But the day staffs were very great.

We felt very much at home, the owner was so friendly and cooked a different fresh, delicious breakfast for us every morning. The room was clean and spacious. It is in a great area, full of good places to eat, street art, galleries, interesting little shops. It's the nicest area in town in my opinion. Definitely would come again!

Great service, host was very friendly and helpful even when we ordered food at 10pm. Check in and check out process was smooth and fast. It is located in a small quiet street but food wasn't a problem. If you don't want to go outside you can just order indomie to the host for reasonable price, or if you like walking, many food / warungs are just around the corner. When we came, the bed's spring was broken on 1 side of the bed so we had to arrange our sleeping position accordingly, hope it's fixed by now. Overall it's a good alternative considering their price, facility, and hospitality given. Thank you mas Jack

Great, quiet homestay with clean rooms at good prices (including great breakfast). Incredibly nice team! Homestay located within walking (5 minutes) distance to a great choice of Warungs, Restaurants and Supermarkets, but in a quiet little street. You can get into central Yogyakarta by bus or rikscha without problem.
