Awesome hotel for its price. Good location, nice views, breakfast included. Good service. Liked it very much. The only negative thing was that the blanket in our room didn't have a duvet.

Great location walking distance from a lot of interesting places, they had reslly nice breakfast everyday, and staff was really polite and friendly.

I can say that the Unique Homestay is the best Homestay in Bali. Some of the Hotels/Homestays have a lot but here you can find all that you need.The Unique place in Ubud.
1.Location is perfect. You can just cross the road and buy what you want. 24/7 shop is on the other side of the street, and it is very convenient. Market and Palace are 2 min on foot. Spa is in the same building.
2. Hospitality. All people in Baly are very kind, but the owners family is the perfect one. they take care of you like you are a part of their family.
3. Facilities in the room and cleanness are much better than in many others Homestays.
4. Breakfast on the balcony is tasty and preparing for you when you say that you are ready to have a breakfast.

And many other positive things that helped to feel yourself even better than at home.

I liked all in the Unique Homestay and hope to back soon.

What a great homestay is it. staff is helpful and very kind. the owner Wayan is also a special man. He has given us a tour of a part of Bali, and lots of tips and information. we already travel almost 3 weeks thru Java/Bali and when we were there, I had in three weeks time the best hot shower ever had. really a homestay to be very sure to go back.unique it is!
