Thank you so much for such a beautiful wedding venue that you booked for us. Morabito Cliff was just perfect for our company of 25 guests – not too small and not too big. I enjoyed working with this company. Our manager Mona always responded with a good sense of humor and equanimity to whatever issues we had during planning our wedding. Frankly speaking, these "issues" were too minor to be mentioned. On the actual wedding day, we had to do nothing more than enjoy it. All my guests were impressed by the beauty of decorations in our Amanda wedding chapel. We are grateful for the great service!

I want to say Great Thank you to The Seven Team for our wedding ceremony which we had on March 2016. We had a chapel wedding ceremony. Considering that we were planning to spent most of our holiday time in Ubud we were suggested to choose Royal Pita Maha Chapel for our wedding ceremony. A few words about organization - first time we met with The Seven Team at their office and clearly discussed all aspects of our future wedding and second time we met out team on a wedding day. That day was perfect. Our wedding butler Alul was amazing and was every time near controlling that everything was going on well. After wedding ceremony we had around 3 hours photosession. And by the way we were surprised when we got know that we had a free sightseeing tour:). I definitely will recommend these guys to my friends.

The wedding ceremony and reception was beautiful, it was just what we expected from their website, we felt that we have got what we have paid for. We have received our photos few days after the wedding day, great response.

It took three months for us to received our video and marriage certificate. They said they need to cut two seconds of the scene that I requested to not to be included the day after the ceremony, so three months waiting was a bit too much.
I am Indonesian married New Zealander and live in NZ, my documents were far more complicated than foreigners who marry in Bali (caused by religious matters). Instead of telling me earlier so I could sort it out before I left Bali, they just told me that I need to change some docs on the day we were leaving (16 days after the wedding). I had to prompt them first.
The worst part is we are the ones who chased them by email, text and phone. They did not really provide updates without us asking them first which was roughly every 1-2 weeks. It was stressful, when we called them and they even said 'we are busy with other weddings, your stuffs are coming'.It seemed like her favourite words were "it's coming" we heard this so often!

Our wedding butler however was marvelous. His name is Alul, lucky we are friends on facebook. He helped us by following this internally after I told him that his co worker has been ignoring and not being honest. Then all the sudden, everything seemed to happen. We received our marriage certificate 4 weeks after the first time the staff said they has sent it and just 3 days after they finally sent it according to DHL. The 3 stars is really because of what Alul has done to help us, he went the extra mile for us, that is beyond professional. Without him, I would only give 1 or 2 stars. Chasing your wedding planner overseas is a very unpleasant experience.

The Seven Agency is top notch. Sky and team went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our special day was just right. We had our ceremony on Sawangan beach near Nusa Dua and it was breathtakingly beautiful. The beach itself was clean and private, the decorations were gorgeous, the team of photographers and videographers were friendly and professional, and we absolutely loved the video. Very talented group of people. Highly recommend.
