Deserted when we went. A lot of the place seems long abandoned (over grown and trashed) but the rooms are very nice and it's lose to really everything. There car and scooter hire right out front so getting places is easy.

For 4 star hotel, this hotel is really bad. Too dark, breakfast menu is same all the day and the variety is thin, bathroom is bad, and noise from here and there. Not value for money.

The place used to be pretty nice years ago but now the pool looks beat up isn't well maintained (a lot of missing tiles in the pool, algae on the surface, pool bar all knocked down but uncovered with rotting woods exposed) and the worst of all is that they don't serve alcoholic beverages anymore so 3 stars

The pool is very luxurious. Its location is near the senggigi beach. The bar also across the street. The food is not too good. But the building is nice. This place is only recommended for the scenery

The pool is very luxury. Its location is near the senggigi beach. The bar also across the street. The food is not too good. The building is also already good. This place is only recommended for the scenery

It's a nice place actually, being the first hotel built in lombok, however dont expect too much for its room quality, it's ageing, it doesnt meet the 5 stars quality

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and just love our baby girl. We got upgraded from a superior room to a cottage. The room is very spacious and clean, although like most room, the door to the balcony has a small gap at the bottom. The bathroom was also clean, with a bath and a separate shower. Daily water bottles are delivered to our room. The welcoming also included a small glass of juice and a massage in the morning (that we had to skip). The restaurant is fine, with a good variety of indonesian, asian, Italian and classic burgers.

This hotel location is very good it is in the beach with beautiful sunset, have a very good swimming pool. The maasasseur is very good. However it is old, the towel is like it has never been washed, the soap is smelt like dirt. sad

This four star hotel is located at Senggigi Beach, close to a small harbour for maybe a private boat, and probably one of the luxurious hotel in its era, when a lot of tourists still visit Senggigi Beach.
But now, since Senggigi Beach is less desirable, hotel visitors also decreased, and making this hotel lack of maintenance.
This hotel is still a good place to stay, but the facility maybe not a four star hotel anymore.
Some breakfast menu (bread, eggs) are ready to served on 7AM, TV is old type CRT, some flooring cracks on the pool, there's no hairdryer provided.
Rooms are big enough, beds are still good also, rooms also have terrace, this hotel also located near two convenience stores, few restaurants, and also pub & bar.

1. Arrived in the hotel lobby at 13:00, room available at 16:00.

2. shower at 18.30, water looks like used car oil. (very black)(pictures)

3. Air conditioner is broken

4. Room smells awful.

5. Pool is very filthy and the ceramics all dislodged. possibility for the foot can be sliced by ceramics.

And much more a very unpleasant experience during the stay at Santosa resort. WIlLL NEVER COME BACK. thanks.

Good rooms and a fantastic location. Rooms were spacious and had all required amenities. Pools could do with a face lift and would be great if alcohol was served. However, they do allow you to bring in your own alcohol if you wish.

Recommended for honeymoon couple. The resort is beautiful, however the beach is next to jetty. A lot of boats park on the beach side. So you hv to walk a few meters to swim at the beach

Not recommended, especially for their services. Got a room with broken air cond, but very slow response from them, finally after change the room 3 times, we got the proper room which is very far from the lobby.

Breakfast is very very standard, nothing special.

Owner hasn't paid taxes so no alcohol, beach is covered in fishing boats, tennis court and parking lots are closed. Staff was friendly, pool was nice, food was ok.

Room in heavy need of renovations which already seem to be underway in some parts of the hotel.

Room 1002 and 1003 were large enough. Love the large bathroom the shower design and the very neat bathtube. One nice thing that the room has a nice quite porch. Big pool is a very nice to have especially when traveling with children. Love the garden landscape.

dapet kamar yng deluxe. hmmm sangat luas nyaman. kamar mandi yang sangat demokratis, dengan memberikan pilihan shower dan bathup. kamar juga dilengkapi privat pool, bikin tambah kerasan menikmati indahnya pantai senggigi.

We booked 2 nights and stayed 1. Big hotel with no charm. The bedroom looks so old! And the beach is dirty. Maybe ok for families as you can find activities such as tennis and badminton but that's all.
The staff is the only reason I'd give one star.
