There are 2 hairdressers who still have a lot to learn: 1 with hair to his shoulders and 1 with half long hair with a cap on.
Went here 2 times and by both guys i got a haircut.
It was very badly cut.
The last time, on January 4, 2018, I actually wanted to go to the barbershop next door: The Headmost, but because there were many people waiting there, I decided to go to The Roots again.
I was cut by the hairdresser with the cap on. He had finished cutting my hair and showed it up close in the mirror. I said I wanted it a little shorter.
I wish i've never asked for it, because he was going to cut like crazy and ruined my entire coupe.
I will never go to this location again.
And both guys, especially the guy with the cap, can not call himself a hairdresser.

Came in for a shave and a haircut. Ended up also getting a shampoo and a nice head+neck massage. The haircut was great – I showed the gentleman a picture of an old haircut on my phone and he worked from that. The shave was fine – I could tell he wasn't the most experienced, but he cleaned me up nicely. They have abundant cool and hot towels, too, which is nice, and the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. I'd go back!

Unprofessional treatment of customers - Came in today and it was full so i made an appointment for an hour later. One hour later i got back and they've taken another customer, telling me to come back in another hour again! I've been here before and they're ok but after this experience i won't come back, the owner should teach the staff some customer service.

Great barber shop ambience, great prices- if you go on a Monday you get 20% which is awesome. I paid $6 Aud for haircut, shave , hair wash and massage.
