Love this place! It's 4 hours driving from Jakarta, located at Mount salak. Need GPS to find this place. Privacy well taken care. Nice decoration and nice atmosphere too. Been there to have lunch, tried the ayam borneo and karedok and it's taste good. There is chapel for wedding. This place is good too for pre-wedding

A nice quiet tranquil place, surrounded by greenies and antique decorations at some spots..where you can have breakfast in the middle of forest listening to birds singing and the sound of riverRooms are clean abd nicely decorated. A perfect place for getaway

Relaxing Surroundings and environment, many tourism objects around the place, tasty breakfast. Room design and facilities are just too standard for such place with great natural view and surroundings

Nice surroundings, fresh air and so privateWe enjoyed much "Villa Kemuning" and "Villa Cempaka" last week. My family choose the yummy food for Fuyunghai and Ayam Bakar Borneoinclude the traditional snack for our trip back to Jakarta.

Nature lovers dream. Villas set amid pines. Lots of waterfalls to visit nearby. Limited food selection & distant to Jakarta.

The outdoor , scenery was wonderful. But they really need huge improvement of their service and facilities.
Picture on the website about the room is different. We had some bad experience during our Stay.
1. When we checked in the villa we've booked Very secluded and in the corner , there's no mountain view as we've informed and we both feel claustrophobic with the condition ( Villa Puspa) , the bed was dirty as its coming from the ceiling which leakage. We had to wait 30 mins for them to come to clean. So no matter how many time it's cleaned it will always be dirty. I believe the room needs to be renovated instead.
We were happier to spend outside more than in the room. Their concept ethnic and Victorian style in villa Puspa was not fit at all. And their Qiblat position is wrong. We call the receptionist to see the chance of we can change the room.
2. Resto service - very poor
Over priced for the food.
expensive price without taste and service. We had to wait 25 mins for the warm tea. ( not hot at all)
The manager came apologize and they will move us to the better room the next day. After awaiting for 1hr the food came we've ordered beef black pepper and oxtail soup. The spoon drown In the beef black pepper entirely and The waiter took it by put his finger to the entire spoon, and we were like shock. We've decided to not extend and check out the next day. We can't take it longer for all the 'surprised' from staying here.
It's good that they refund our one night stay. We were not happy at all apart from the outdoor nature.
Michael resort give us such experience expensive premium quality wanna-be without capabilities.
2,2 mio per night for that such service was not worth at all.
