We have an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Located in the city center of Cirebon. Near many local food street vendors, cafes and fast food restaurants. Supermarket and shopping center are in the close range.

Lobby hotel is spacious with some sofas for sitting. Hotel staffs are very friendly.

Rooms are also well equipped. Unfortunately no carpet in the room. The floor is cold from the AC though.

Toilet and bath room is clean and well maintained. Toilet amenities is complete.

Mini bar is very minimum. Could offer more variety of coffee or tea. Or some biscuits.

WiFi is available for free for max 3 devices.

Swimming pool is available (also kids pool), gym and kids play room.

Strategic Place at the heart of Cirebon. Good swimming pool, nice city and sea view. If you wanna try special heritage, you may take a walk to Nasi Jamblang bu Nur, Mang Dul, Grage Mall, Empal Gentong, even you can walk and find nasi kucing, wedang jahe and Sekoteng near hotel..

One of the 4star hotel in cirebon. It shows the elegance of the lobby when you first came and the interior looks luxurious. In lobby, there are two modern fish ponds with the fountain. I stayed at executive plus room in 8th floor. The view is beautiful as you can see the swimming pool from above. It's nice scene to see the cirebon city at night too. For inside of the room, i like the bathroom, it's wide and simple; bathtub is available.

Sebuah hotel bintang 4 yang tergolong paling muda usia nya di kota Cirebon. Hotel ini terbilang ber lokasi sangat strategis berada di jantung kota, pusat keramaian, jalur makanan di malam hari dan banyak faktor plus lainnya.

Design : kalau masuk ke lobi nya, anda akan melihat dan memberikan kesan yg wow (termasuk saya tentunya). Area lobi yg megah dan luas. Langit langit yg tinggi menjulang, area tunggu yg nyaman. Tangga naik yg terkesan exclusive di serta Dekorasi chandelier yg eye catching banget. Benar benar sesuai nama nya yg membawa kata LUX dan sesuai dengan bintang nya. Begitu kita masuk menuju ke lift dan melewati area restaurant, lagi lagi kita di suguhi tata ruang yg wow

Kamar : saya sendiri belum pernah menginap disini, namun sudah beberapa kali keluar masuk disini karena menjemput tamu, antar tamu, urus event ultah, urus event wedding, urus event gathering, urus event raker. Dan saya lihat tata kamar nya yg standar pun asik banget. Penataan ruang dan amenities yg disediakan sudah sangat sesuai dengan kelas hotel nya

Kolam renang : ini bagian yg paling menarik juga dari hotel ini, kolam renang nya asik banget. Satu lantai dengan tempat fitness dan ruang lainnya. Buat pool party nya bener bener mantap

Ballroom : Ballroom nya ini yg dasyat banget. Kapasitas Ballroom Luxton bisa sampai 2500 orang untuk pesta jamuan prasmanan. Dan ruangan nya bisa di split. Jadi untuk kapasitas sedikit tidak perlu harus Pakai semua nya

Parkir : kapasitas parkir tergolong cukup besar dan luas

Minus : setelah yg tadi plus plus nya, berikut ini minus nya menurut saya pribadi sebagai seorang Organizer event dan wedding yg beberapa kali keluar masuk disitu
1. Parkir, besar tapi ruwet. Menyulitkan, alur parkir yg kurang skematis dibanding kan hotel dengan kelas bintang sejenis
2. Terlalu kaku dalam prosedur. Banyak larangan yg tidak memudahkan para vendor vendor yg sudah biasa di bidang nya untuk bekerja lebih leluasa
3. Area pool tidak bisa maksimal untuk pool party, tidak boleh pakai dj atau musik yg terlalu gambreng. Kalau ga bisa gitu, mana enak pool side party nya?

But overall bagi para penginap jelas semua fasilitas yg ada akan memberikan kenyamanan. The choice is yours

The room which I stayed (Junior Honeymoon Suite) is very nice. It has an extra Jacuzzi on the back of the room, which was a spacious area, and the kids loved it.

Location is great, you can find many choice of local food at walking distance, room is not the best you can get at 4 star hotel but it is spacy. WIFI is poor just use your 4G connection instead..

Nice room and cozy. Kids can play at the swimming pool. Food is average. You can have local street food also as they are around the hotel.

One thing that is not good is the car parking at basement. Smell like a leakage on their sewer and spread human feses smell all around the basement. While the basement itself has a elevator as the entrance for people after parking their park. I have complaint about this at the lobby reception.

Hotel location is good, pretty much on central area of cirebon. Room design is average for hotel of this class. Room cleanliness need improvement, first time checkin to thr room still find a bottle cap leftover from previous occupants. Bathroom amenities needs improvement. Breakfast is average. For the record I've stayed at honeymoon suits room.

Very disappointed with this hotel, they have no regard to your well being what so ever. They allow people to smoke pretty much everywhere. I was given a room that was supposedly non smoking, yet all night and day, smoke kept coming to my room. Even in the safety of your room, they turn you into a passive smoker. When I paid for this hotel, I expect comfort and relaxation, and not chest pain and headache for being forced to inhale all those disgusting smoke. Do not even consider this hotel if you value your life and your loved ones. If I could give them less than one star, I would. Not impressed Luxton.

Nice new hotel, spacious room. Some things are still missing, there is for instance no possibility to hang up your towels in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was disappointing. We had to wait ages for a simple drink, then they brought the desert and when I finally got the main course the salmon was overcooked and the mashed potatoes were unedible. A pity for its a nice place and the people are very friendly.

I love the Luxton Hotel it was nice,clean,,and their were good service.Their is 9 floors,A pool on the 5th floor.In the Lobby their is a lounge and an area for breakfast,lunch,and dinner.Also ,free wifi.

Fasilitas hotel blm siap sepenuhnya a.l: tdk ada valet parking, parkiran sempit & jauh dr lift lobby apalagi kl parkir di dlm gedung, tempat parkiran berdebu, lobi hotel & lorong untuk menuju room kurang pencahayaan (redup, kurang terang), tiket parkir hotel berbayar-padahal katanya gratis kl unt tamu hotel, ketika exit keluar gedung hotel tdk ada security yg standby mengatur keluar masuk kendaraan menuju dan meninggalkan hotel. Intinya service dan fasilitas di hotel ini tdk setara dgn hotel berbintang 4.
