The service was good, but i'm nor really reccomend this hotel. When i stayed there the AC was broken and the smell of lift really bad

Hotel interior and exterior looks very nice but the room have a dirty sheet that got a dry blood spot so you have to ask them to replace it.

Lovely hotel, beautiful place to stay. I have found a new "FRIENDS" at my room (you can call them GHOST) and they so friendly, a cute young boy and old woman also teenage boy, wow so wonderful. Love this place 😍

One of many luxurious hotel in Malang. I really enjoying my vacation at this hotel. It's provide various breakfast menu in buffet, you can enjoy everything that you want here, start from local food to international food. Very recommended hotel

Money i had spent here isnt as worth as money i had spent in other hotel. I think this hotel has an artistic building adding value to the visitor but the oldie building made us a lil bit uncomfortable related to the bathroom and the room. The air conditioner isnt functioned well. This hotel need to be maintained,

New rooms are okay. The old ones are horrible. Its location next to the city center is the best feature, very convenient for business meeting and brief leisures.

Hotel berada di lokasi strategis yaitu di tengah Kota Malang yang tidak jauh dengan alun-alun. Beberapa tipe pilihan kamar dengan rata-rata kondisi semua kamar yang luas dan tidak seperti hotel minimalis yang kamarnya sempit. Pelayanan hotel yang ramah-ramah dan dengan senang hati melayani membuat nilai nyaman di hotel ini bertambah.

Hotel yang berarsitektur bangunan Roma. Hotel ini bagus, hanya saja perlengkapan kamar seperti meja dan lemari dari kayu jati ttp tll besar utk ukuran kamar ygv tdk besar. WC memiliki gaya kerajaan. Saran saya, luar bagus, coba dalamnya lbh di modernkan.
